Added a new market: MINT/BTC

JpHysteriak: you have to get the private key of an address you withdrew to and import it into the DigiByte wallet

Not redeemed really just means not spent again from the address they were to send/at.  No way to get coins of any type like this back, DOGE, BTC, etc.  Sorry.

Rebooting server.

Why all the reboots and stuff every single day? Try keeping it up for like 24-48 hours without going down?

This is getting a little ridiculous. I've asked several times and even sent you a PM about my deposit and still no response.

why hasn't my deposit shown up yet? It has been over 12 hours and nothing??

Why do you spam this on every page? No answer = we are working on this.
Try getting this kind of support on another exchange.

Ultracoin wallet and market temporarily offline, dogecoin wallet temporarily offline.
It may take up to 24 hours to resume the UTC/BTC market.
Ultracoin randomly started throwing blkindex.dat errors and dogecoin had problems allocating memory from OS.
We have lots of free RAM, so its not an issue with it, recompiling the two coindaemons as we speak.
Also, Ultracoin was taking a shitload of resources. At times more than all the other coindaemons combined. Its not normal.

Wow, spam, really?? You had the time to respond to a guy who asked you 5 minutes ago but I asked you 12 hours ago. Your logic is bullshit.  It's all about responding and at least acknowledging someone's post. Go to another service? Like your support is any better....lol.  It's not like you are the only trading platform and I was trying to give your site a chance. BTW, Great representation of your site.
The fact that some people get an instant response does not mean that we are ignoring the others.
Blockchain.info shows 2 deposits to that address and they both have a credited flag in our system.
If there really is a problem with your account, it will take time to audit. Hours, maybe days. Our hands are FULL of work at all times.

We rather have this thread and be transparent & sometimes even rude to some people than have no thread at all.
Or do you want us to switch to ticket-based email support right now? You dont see this with other exchanges because they have no support thread like this.

Keep up the good work. People don't understand this market is still in beta.
Will like to see flappycoin and trollcoin in the exchange line up.

Any chance you can cut the BTC confirm down a couple?  Is it necessary to have 6?  It just takes so long.

Impossible is a word found only in the dictionary of fools.
