coinmarket.io I have pm'ed you multiple times and am posting this for the second time now because I still haven't received a response.

I'm supposed to receive 0,1913 BTC from a trade but for over 4 days I haven't received anything. Could you please take a look at it? My account name is Volta.

Maybe your price is ridiculous and the trade has not happened due to that reason? You can cancel it any time from Your Active Orders table.

I sold at the, back then, current market price. It's not under my orders anymore and it also shows up in my trade history so I'm sure it has happened. The BTC just never showed up in my wallet (and still hasn't).

I'm sure they will take care of our problem, but also, remember, it does say Beta Untested right on the front page, so we can't complain too much. Its a great exchange so keep using it and they will keep improving it, soon it will be the best.

It really is fast though, I am impressed with the coding of the site. I'm a big fan of node.js.

Also, when i'm logged in, i cannot see any buy/sell orders anymore. Also balances are not visible anymore, i get only questionmarks.

When i'm logged out everything seems to be fine, buy sell orders etc. are visible like normal.

We are aware about this bug from day 1.
Its a bug in the Connect/Express framework and we are not sure how to fix it ourselves.
Other people are working on it. Always check what the button / trade window says about what youre buying or selling.

I need help here.
I deposited some coins to test coinmarket before doing some serious trade. Unfortunately, Coinmarket seems screw up holding my CON coins for week  on 'on order'
in thier vault. I couldnt do any trade nor withdraw to take back my coins. Could somebody help or suport from coinmarket to take a look to see what happen here?

You simply do not understand how an exchange works. You can cancel your ORDER at any time ant the coins will be released. They are "on order" because nobody wants to deal with your ridiculous price. Go to the trade window, scroll down and click CANCEL.

We have answered to your question many pages ago. Too long, didnt read?
1. Our systems are audited, there is no way to lose coins by doing nothing
2. Your coinmarket.io address is just a deposit address, its not where your coin stay forever
3. Your accounts security (the password) is your sole responsibility. We have published our login code 3 weeks ago, there are no bugs in it

I made a terrible mistake, and someone told me it could be repaired. I bought 49409DGB (thinking it was dogecoin) and i withdrawed them all. And then i realised my mistake it was too late. But, by chance i check the transaction id and nobody have the same adress. So i was hopping to get my coin back ? Is this possible ?
