My BTC withdrawal is not on either list.  You still have not addressed the problem that none of my withdrawals got confirmation email and the coins have not been refunded to my account either.  Username cchris.

 If you wanto to take legal action against me for threatening to have the police contact Kenneth Bjorke then feel free.  Sue me.

You have my coins, you have not answered my messages in almost a month and I'm going to guess you won't answer this one either.

Just in summary.  Username cchris.  Withdrawals for over 1m leaf and over 1btc stuck in pending for almost a month.  If you send the btc to the address in my sig or return it to my account and I can withdraw within 24 hours then I'll know you are serious, other than that I'll start my own legal action.  As the only persons details we have are Kenneth's then it will initially be against him.  Unless you want to save the authorities some time and provide YOUR details.

Same problem as me.  They haven't answered that question in almost a month.  They say they aren't here to scam anyone but won't give their details and instead choose to hide behind Kenneth.  There is no update what so ever about the issue of people not receiving confirmation emails.  I now have four withdrawals stuck in pending and no coins returned to my wallet.

So yes. They are a fucking scam until they address thus question that has been raised by lots of people for about a month.

I understand that it might not be a priority right now, but you haven't addressed DGB withdrawals which happened after DigiByte fork. Are you planning to reset those coin balances after updating DGB wallet?

We do not have an SMTP server for outgoing emails anymore, because all this bad publicity has caused problems at the place where it was hosted.
As of now, withdrawals do not require an email confirmation anymore.
All withdrawals that are "pending" will be automatically confirmed or refunded by the system - this may take some time, but it will happen.
New withdrawals will show the confirmation url right on the wallet page after requesting the withdrawal.
Please stop any automated and manual deposits towards coinmarket.io addresses.
People are still doing this, damaging the wallets by sending alot of small transactions, thus delaying our progress.

CoinMarket.io status update:

We are still working on fixing some wallets before the automatic withdraw-processing script can finish without aborting due to coindaemon errors.
We are deeply sorry that this has taken a very long time - this has not been easy on us.

We have not scammed anyone - coinmarket.io is not a scam, period.
We got hacked, but we are doing everything we can to process withdrawals.
Many other exchange operators would declare total loss of coins at this point and buy themselves that island... we dont.

Here is a list of 2500 bitcoin withdrawals that went trough after the problems started and trading was halted:

We are still in posession of a large amount of altcoins that didnt get withdrewn due to coindaemon/software problems.

We are still working on fixing some wallets before the automatic withdraw-processing script can finish without aborting due to coindaemon errors.
We are deeply sorry that this has taken a very long time - this has not been easy on us.

We have not scammed anyone - coinmarket.io is not a scam, period.
We got hacked, but we are doing everything we can to process withdrawals.
Many other exchange operators would declare total loss of coins at this point and buy themselves that island... we dont.

I'm not saying that this solves any problems you might be having now or had before, but they just wrote about confirmation emails not being required...

 for your information I have not received confirmation emails for withdrawal requested over three weeks ago.  Emails may not be required now, but they were several weeks ago when my problem started with not receiving emails.  Many others also have the same problem.

confirmations not being required is new NOW.  Not three weeks ago.  So before you have a go at me for not reading, try doing a bit yourself first.   So Yes this is a scam, and it will be until they address the question of my missing btc and other coins due to no emails being received WEEKS ago.
