Who believes in HODLING?

I been use holding , but now i thinking this is wrong strategy and now i loss more than 50%, but for now i dont have any idea and too late already to sell it. I will hold one more times till the price back to when i bought it, and then i will make better trading strategy. Use this mistake to make better strategy is way to become people more expert in this high risk high return investment.

I believe in this strategy, but I think that it is not necessary to keep a long period of only ETH and BTC. I would advise buying a few more altcoins and keeping them for more than 3 years.

i am a person don't want to hold my coin in these time, i dont think holding can make us safe when the market is dropping everyday, we can easily loss profit if the marke suddenly drop tomorrow, so i will not hold altcoin at this moment but start trading it for more altcoin until the price rise again and get huge profit in the future.

Me, personally I don't really believed in long term holding. Because we don't hold the future of altcoin and bitcoins. What if you invest into it and suddenly if value drops and never recover.

Holding is only way to earn profit and to recover your lose if you bought at high price. I'm sure that bitcoin will increase this year because if you look in history of bitcoin that every year was reaching the highest price so this year it will.

Holding can be dangerous and risky. It depends on the coin as well.
Top coins like BTC and ETH are more secure for holding but coins out of top 10-20 can easily go to near to zero during a declining, bearish market.
And if You are down with your folio anyway the best solution now is Hodling,unless You are a professional trader, than other options are possible as well.

Reality is we are very early in this industry and the pace at which projects are coming up and the technology is changing does anyone believe in HODLING cryptos anything other than Bitcoin and Ethereum?

I am holding 8 coins including bitcoin and ethereum meaning i have another six altcoins in my storages that has been sleeping for i think years ago ,but i still believe that they will pump one day.if not now maybe tomorrow.

This how o diversify my funds here in crypto.atleast i am surely waiting for income in any of my investments

It is advisable for everyone to hold a coin that they believe,, because by holding it will be good for themselves depending on what is purchased,,. the profit in the bear market where it is cheaper before it is enough to be patient and maybe the market will return to the bottom,.. then choose the best coin and potentially to be consistent in the top position of cryptocurrency, confident that the market will not continue like this..,

In am a bitcoiner since long time and I think it happened about 4 years since doing trading and even today I am successful in this field , in the starting I was doing day trading , but due to dump in bought coin , I changed my day trading into long-term trading , and I found that big loss changes into big profit .
And from that long term I am holding low price dumped coins and making lots of earnings , but here we need to hold coins for one two three months ( sometimes less or more than year that what I seen in my trading career ) , so for that we should have patience and also never get into Panic of the dump of the Market of holding coins and never get into any type of fud .
And I am following the same thing , and with this long term trading I can say that I am rich .

This question has subjective answers. It depends on the coin being referred to. There are some coins that eventually dump after being listed on exchanges. No matter how long you hold them, they just die. Maybe the coin is just not appealing to the public and that the team did not work enough for its success. Then there are some coins that have great potential, like bitcoin, which started from a very low price and now huge.

I think crypto market works like stock & commodities market, they have similar and same pattern/ trend. Nothing wrong with hold as long they take the right product ( coin ), about the coin can long life who can answer that question?. Financial technology always create new system/ product/ method which can use to create income, understand that as chance to change our life. I believe you should only hold in short term and should not hold long-term market although at present there is a slight rebound but can see that bitcoin prices are not recovering specific and very weak. . Therefore, I think bitcoin prices will be able to drop sharply at any time, if you hold long term, it will be very heavy if the bitcoin price goes down.
