My plan to altcoins is hold it till time when price will blowing. Now i am a lot in Ethereum and i think that is is secure way to hold funds now, when price is not so big. Also i am holding some alt's like XML, NKN, MTC Docademic, and one token which i have a big plan - it is Midex (MDX).

You have to be careful with the type of altcoin to hold for long term. There are some altcoins that become so useless before it's a year. Research which ever one you intend holding and be sure it will still have value even in more than two years to this time. Those ones you feel do not have good usecase or don't even have at all, you can just easily convert them to eth. It is better most times to hold an already established coin, than to hold a shit coin.

I hope the altcoins you are holding are really worth holding I have seen a lot of altcoins today going down almost 70% of their ICO price so better check and ask yourself is it worth holding and do they have a platform and are they gaining support and more investors for their project.

Well for now I think this is right move to hold altcoins if you can do that. I hold some altcoins too, but now I understand that altcoin really works just for a speculation, not for real holding. Only BTC and maybe ETH will handle for real holding. 

I believe that everything depends on the particular coin taken. Of course, investing in bitcoin or ETH and their long-term storage is less risky than in other coins, but there are still prospective altcoins with the top 10, which are constantly developing and in the future their price may increase significantly.
