Hello. Wtf is going with bittrex? My account is blocked. Support does not respond to tickets. Only closes them. I can not get my money. Looks like bittrex its a scam. Don't send you money on bittrex accounts. You will not get them back. If they were fair and not scammers, they should have at least warned us, let us withdraw the money.At least I got all my money out before they locked my withdraws and want that I verify again..No thanks! Genuine question - is there anyone who tried to do the Basic Verification and actually succeeded? I got the "no public record match" and it seems a lot of other people did too... just wonder whether anyone actually made it through that stage.
Yes their system is BULLSHT. Basic verification doe snot verify anything, even though all data is 100% correct. I have friends that ran into the same issue while trying to do the Basic Verification. I have a ticket open for 9days now about this with them with no resolution still and no updates in 6 days. There is no way anyone should give them such personal and confidential information if you're not trading FIAT. Simple as that. Get ready for an exit scam people. Sorry to say, but looks like another BTC-E coming up.  |

Bittrex's basic verification is fake, it'll always fail no matter how accurate your data is. all bittrex wants is us to do full verification. i'm not gonna hand over my ID to them, they should just let us withdraw the rest of our crypto without any verification. |

After sending in data for "enhanced" verification, the system said it would be processed within 10 minutes. After maybe 6 hours it was actually processed, and I can withdraw again.
I especially dislike how Bittrex demands a selfie, you're not my girlfriend! What's next, asking me to send nudes?
No other company has ever demanded that, all banks and exchanges need at most a copy of my passport.

This is seriously dodgy shit. What other user information has Bittrex 'leaked'. This surely must be the last nail in Bittrex's coffin, luckily I withdrew all my coin from Bittrex some time ago and I think others should do the same before there accounts are compromised. |

I'm surprised how easily people send their IDs to unknown persons (let it be bittrex or somebody else). They can simply use your documents to open a bank account and doing some illegal business all in your name.... I also have couple of thousands usd there, but not considering sending them anything. I have the same deposit problem. I send some ethers to my bittrex account. Now 100 confirmations already. Bittrex does not show this credit. |

Still on verification, 22 days banned withdrawals. I want take my coins, I want take part in airdrops, I want get bounty on other exchanges. First 3 month after I've sent my docs, they gave me enhanced. But in 16 of November I refreshed the page with limits, and now I have not verified account. What the fucking bug? Guys, I very sent couple of docs and selfies. How to contact except of tickets?

Hi folks, I haven't much on there but I'm still really pissed. After years Bittrex just disabled withdrawals and came up with this KYC scam where they don't even verify valid ID's or answer ticket. Everyone in this thread should warn other users against Bittrex on the Twitter feeds of Influential bitcoiners and rival exchanges, make sure the news of this scammy behaviour gets out there. Lawsuits probably won't work but drawing customers away and costing them income could help 'encourage' them to resolve your tickets
