THat's the best way if you're starting to get worried. What pushes people to sell is the constant feeling of uncertainty while the prices are falling. When will it stop, will I lose 20% or maybe 50% of my investment. Finally they are so fed up with this and so tired of waking up to lower lows and starting a day with negative attitude that they sell.
