There are a lot of people that just sell when the market is on a bad mood, but it always depends on how everything is going, i think that selling when you are doing daytrading makes no sense, you always need to wait until you make 1 - 2 percent at least

It's always easier said than done. And not all coins are bound to moon. Being calm starts from the beginning, by knowing what you're getting yourself into. By expecting that this market can take your money in an instant, same way it can make you a lot of profit.

I have panic sold all my alt coins in last year bitcoin bull run thinking that total market gonna fall and I'm gonna rekt  Then I had the consequences. I hope your patience was stronger than you are because if you fail to control it then you would probably end up selling those at a cheaper price. Somehow selling already of your token to any exchanges is the best thing to do than holding specially in altcoins.
