You can only calm down when you have more knowledge in investing. You invest a lot of money in this market and see the market fall, I think you can not keep calm. However, if you have more knowledge and investment experience, then when the market falls then you will think that is the obvious must happen.

You must patient when market price going down. Price falling, not big matter for every market because price will again raise. So when price is low you can buy big amount of crypto and wait for high rate. It will best for you.

Yes, people often panic when the bearish occurs and start selling their coins. While in the bullish, they are afraid to lose momentum and start making buy orders. This is strange but that's what often happens. |

It is easy to say stay calm when the market falls. But there are so many people who are afraid when the market falls. They are too emotional and they are in panic mode. I don't blame them because it is really so hard everytime the market falls. And you saw all your alts are dropping badly.

what I do is always monitor my assets and when there is a decline then I will switcing in order to cover my losses, if that is not enough then I will buy more at a cheap price and hold it

Not everyone feel that way. There are those who are new to the market and hence to the technology and it actually hurt them a bit when Bitcoin falls and they just cannot keep calm. This make them make emotional decisions and sell their coins when the market is down and further fall is observed. Doing some more research and understanding more about the technology by listening to the experts helps solve this problem and enable the newbies start doing well again in the market. |

Just like Warren Buffet once said "Fearful when others are greedy and greedy when others are fearful." This points out how important it is when other people are afraid that bitcoin and all other coins are dropping and if the topics are looking like "bitcoin will be 2k" or "bitcoin going to 3k" or what not than it is time to buy. However if you are seeing "when ATH?" or similar stuff that would emphasize that the market is going up, than its time to maybe sell. But long term holding like for years is highly recommended by many experienced people to maximize the profits as bitcoin is good in ROI only when we are able to hold for years. |

I salute you for not only hodling your assets, but for hodling your heart also. It's very unlikely for someone to stay calm during trying times like this. Like you, whenever I see that the market is crashing, I also pat my back and hold my horses, so that I won't regret it when the bull run comes. I keep on saying to myself that when the market is quite fair, I didn't sell off, because I wanna make a better deal with my coins/tokens, so why would I sell now when the market is not even fair?
