No one can give you advice. If there is any, ask them to guarantee you if market will be back later, don't believe with people who tell you, "don't worry, market will be green later" or "just hold for long term".
If you can't hold anymore, just sell your token right now.

If you are asking then you don't have a plan. It means you are not doing Market analysis such as Funda or technical analysis. If you lost too much then you dont follow any trading plan. i suggest you plan first before you trade or invest. Nobody can predict the market. We can only guess. If you think and see that the market will fall again hard then just sell and cut loss. you can always buy back if you see the market change direction. The down trend and the red market are normal. This happend every year . So why panic?
Do not worry a lot because some says this month is a ghost month where all the tokens value are down but as what I have say this is normal. You just need to wait and a little bit patience for this cryptocurrency go back to green market. And I told you that day will be the worth of waiting.

oh my God can't laughs, i don't really know why he/she want to stay away from the market i don't really know if the market have done something wrong.. market is were you can only monitor you token and see how the price are moving. so to me i think you should watch how you coin are moving from the market.
normally i know some people don't have patient pertaining in the blockchain.. a little fall in the market can easily make them to loose hope about that same project.

Sometimes patience runs out but that does not mean gold will never be achieved. You need to hold it for some time . Once this time is pass and bull runs begin you will forget this time period and will only be counting profits which you would be making at that time. So also a time to invest in some of the coins.

Actually this is just a game of the whales alone but indeed many of us are just a few small players who can not stand then sell their digital assets for fear of falling deeper and often I observe after a lot of panic sell definitely some time later the price in the market is moving back up. so in my opinion we do not have to stay away from the market but as much as possible we have to keep hold of the assets that we have not until we remove it and become victims of the giant whale game.

So you did wrong while investing on crypto currencies,the basic rule of crypto currency investment is never invest more than you can afford to lose.If you really don't want to lose it any more then better move away from the market with the remaining amounts you had but you need to understand you never lost anything until you sell them so you didn't face any loses just keep on holding and aim for the better prices in the upcoming days.

If you can't hold it anymore so you just need to sell . But you should make sure that you will not regret about it after selling . For me, I don't really care much about how deep can it fall. I don't mind about checking price of cryptocurrency everyday so I don't have to think so much about it ). Try to take it easy.
