Will Altcoin be as important as Bitcoin?

At the moment, we see that the dominance of bitcoin in the market of crypto currency is more than 50%, and the price of all altcoins depends on the price of bitcoin. But the market changes every year and in the future the situation can drastically change.

That's an interesting question. I think bitcoin will become like digital gold. Bitcoin will be used to store the value of savings. And among the altcoins will be about 10 coins that will become leaders in use. But it won't be long. It will take a couple of years.

In truth, I believe that Bitcoin will always be in the first place. Whole market depends on Bitcoin, and I have no idea if it's possible to change this.
I'm guessing if it's going to be, it could be Ethereum. Because all tokens are created based on ETH and it may help ETH to dominate in market.

The existence of altcoins and its purpose it somewhat different into Bitcoin. We compared Bitcoin into gold in digital form because of its price but real thing is that bitcoin might be useful than of altcoins. Moreover,  people will truly give trust into bitcoin cause of its popularity and shows already it's potentiality.

I must say it's gonna be a long wait, cus the value people have put in Bitcoin it's gonna take a much more unique project to beat that, the thing is most people just venture into altercoin for short term holding, once an altercoin hits exchange the next thing that comes to mind is sell sell sell, mind you do not forget what most of them are selling for is BTC in return.

there are some altcoin that will be take place of bitcoin e.g Ethereum has been the most important coin in blockchain today because many of this project coming out are all Ethereum platform, including transaction you are making requires eth to function as Gas so this to say that function of any altcoin depends on it potential and economical benefit.

Governments recognize BTC only, so it will be hard for any of altcoins to get similar status. Japanese government make some progressive movement, but aproach shoudl be global and EU and US are the most important in such terms.

Yes, I think it's true that altcoint is as important as bitcoint, but keep in mind because the number of altcoint types isn't all altcoints worthy of being made into future investments there will certainly be some altcoints that will die, so you should be good at choosing the right altcoint for made an investment

true, not all altcoins can invest well, but in terms of beating bitcoin it is very difficult, because bitcoin is the number 1 coin for now at a very high price.

Well i think some altcoins are already be as important as Bitcoin, like some altcoin thaht so stable on the market. But it will not possible to be more important than Bitcoin.

it is true because if bitcoin goes down and rises it must be a way out to get daily or monthly income from running to the altcoin, even though the price is cheap but it is very profitable

in my opinion , altcoin and bitcoin just as important for me.if have good skills in trading altcoin or bitcoin could give me profits.and this why those coins just as important for me.

I think this topic mean is not important for your self lol. I think one of the altcoins might be important in a market if the total users is as big as bitcoin. we see Ethereum has a great potential to match bitcoin to see how much Marketcaps it has. of course it is possible that in the future Ethereum will be as important as bitcoin on the market

If one of the altcoins will get the same aproach, it will not be hard to replace BTC. The thing is that most of coins are aimed at certain part of the market, while BTC seems to be completely universal. Time will show who is right.
