No ico and no premine was very cool, and at that time blk had multipool which helped the price rise. But the iconicexpert and other dramas like bitbay and so on killed the coin, it could be top 30 or top 20 without those shit now.
Not realy look from perspective many people were jumping on fresh ship and wanted more multiply their investment as all investments have thier cap and BLK had it at about 20m $ market cap pump was huge but like after any other pump comes dump time, and pump squads move to another 3digs coin.
Developing took resources and time many people wanted price gain but with bear market at crypto this is really hard task and at end rat4 and david were the only one who were making coin progess. BLK future is more bright than most ICOs why ?
ICOs mostly depends of founds if those founds are dry without marketing plan all fall apart and ICO price is falling while cost of minning BLK was about 1000-3000sat so BLK is still on +% in value and wide speard coin.
You don't know that some day will come here big whale who bought 10% of BLK he will help add blasting feature and coin goes up 20x after people will be bored with ICO "retro" coins can be in trend.
iconicexpert and dramas like bitbay will be always around because all want more profit turn into real cash but people mostly want high gains and that only motivates them to buying coin not thing like fight with NWO or for better clean future (no need cut frees for printing fiat)
I belive that BLK will have their pump some day just because they chart is flat fro long time one quite big annoucment it goes 5-6x up

BLK have really good coin distribution over world. And with its flat pattern it can be easy pumped for just some fun to do it.
Honestly with ICOs most of them will be real crap over time like projects with one time to sell with profit and abandoned when money are dryed.
ICO provided will just jump to create new coin and to be paid again with profit.
As you see that is a difference between ICO or coins like BLK which till it have community till it lives
