I am starting an IPO Immediate Refund thread -- All IPOs will be invited to join. WATCH MY SIG, I will post link in my sig.
I will also be starting a Legal Action thread. Per Virginia Statute (I am a resident), he has a written agreement to immediately refund all IPOs. If he fails to take action, he will be in breach. I will file paperwork this week if that is the case. Details to follow in my sig.

i invested and shall recieve 1.7mil with ppl mining 400mil per block roi will not be met nor will it be anywhere near enough to buy part of an amd a4. as an ipo i am still in the dark regarding ipo coins wether this is fail or way your playing it.

To those who say I'm whining:
Per VA statute, his binding agreement was that a smooth launch would occur on 2nd try, this requires every part of the coin to be working at launch. Block rewards and difficulty are not working. He is required to appear.
I don't care if you come to court on his behalf, that's fine. Make it a party!

Love the entertainment here.  I do feel bad for the poor saps who set their rigs to point to one of the pools and went to bed. They are in for a rude awakening again when they mined millions of useless coins for nothing again. Oh well, nice try. Can't wait for the inevitable: "But i rented a rig!!!! Who will pay me back for that!!! This is BS!!!!  "7 I rented a rig, got up early and lost a lot of time. Am I whining or surprised? NO! This happens with half of the coins. I had some good launches that made me a lot of profit. At least I had an entertaining hour of panicked and moaning people. |
