Well, the ASIC's that are coming out are to mine Scrypt. This is Scrypt-N which was made to prevent ASIC mining. So maybe you can apologize now? maybe someday there will be an ASIC for Scrypt-N, but not the ones on the way this year,
They will also not be able to mine scrypt-jane (Ultracoin) or keccak (Maxcoin). There are other scrytp-jane and keccak coins I just used these 2 for examples. True, but pretty much everyone complaining is asking for it to be changed to scrypt. I for one would have preferred keccak just for the reduced power consumption, but I'm not gonna whine about scryptn and make baseless accusations about how it sucks and ruins your GPU. |

AT 11:00pm "C:\cudaminer-2014-02-09\x64\cudaminer.exe - GpuCoin-Oakpool.bat"
Obviously change the path to your miner .bat or .lnk and the time to your time
then just type "AT" and you will see it scheduled.

anyone had success configuring asus r9 290's using BAMT/linux for scrypt-n? edit: and willing to share configuration with me? I had to use version .5.2 and this is the only config that would work with both cards at once. "intensity" : "20,15",
