I'm very pro GPUcoin atm.. it's a great business model.  With a strong dev team behind it, it is definitely going places.  I'll be supporting it with whatever help it needs to succeed.

So the team and I have decided on a March 3rd 23:00 EST re-launch.  This should allow people to set up, and be at a time all across the US that individuals shouldn't be at work/eating/defecating... as previously worried upon by some members of the community.

I think this is coin is not really useful, while I can get 290 with $520, and 280x with $350, 270 with $180 (and it's consumer price).
What does that means when they list r9 280X $455 for u to get one?
The price in this post is really high...

Fubar. Your stupid coin and your incompetent dev cost me more than 0.2BTC in rig rental. I hope you could include me in the IPO for that much. I have proof. Currently 4 rigs mining on Betarigs, 10mh/s for 6 hours.

It won't or shouldn't happen. I lost tons of coins mining another coin that forked and I didn't get nothing back which I used my own miner and some I rented about 10 miners or 12, I forget exactly.

You take a big risk renting mining rigs for coins that have not launched yet.

You should be aware this is a risk you are taking and no one else is responsible for your decision to take that risk.

yep what I learned, but this other coin was already launched and forked, and I got no credit or anything for my rentals I rented or my own rig.

I wasted all day for this launch, and I am also in the IPO.
Tomorrow's re-launch is on MONDAY and I have to work.
So I can't set anything up till 9pm Eastern.  Please start the
re-launch at 9pm Eastern or I and many others can't mine, and
we were with you from the start.  Or maybe start it at 11pm Eastern,
because that would be 8,9,or 10pm for the rest of the USA.
Please post your time for a night launch tomorrow, or postpone
launch till next weekend (Sat/Sun) when people are not at work.

I wouldn't relaunch either. Choose the right fork and implement it in a new wallet. Everyone has to update. Some will lose their coins, some not.

I would definitely relaunch.  It looks like too many coins where being issued, and only to a few miners.

Yes, but the coins on other forks will be worthless and not transferable to the right fork / new client

Why at coin launch everyone prefer solo-mining than pool mining ?
At launch i was mining at gpu.pool.mn and in all this night i mined only 100k coin with 1Mhash and i read that someone has mined 400Milion !

Man I miss the days when only intelligent people were mining.... Nowadays you get so many pathetic wannabe be miners: "I dont like Scrypt-N because I am too stupid and lazy to learn how to set it up, I have to eat and cant set up miners, I rented a rig and didnt make my money back".
All I can say is who needs chumps like you guys anyway ? Go mine Litecoin if everything else is too overhelming for you. There will be plenty of competent miners still mining this and you and your whining wont be missed.
