what does it mean by" share is above target"?

Basically it means there was not enough 0's at the beginning of your created hash.  Essentially you will get this msg for every share that is not below your worker difficulty when you pool mine, and any hash that is not a block when you solo mine.

Coin has launched! Well, soft launched. You can get on a number of pools already, and you can still solomine.

Quick Updates:
-Original post has wallet posted.
-First 2600 blocks will give a reward of 1 GPUCoin.
-CEO Estimates sometime around 11am EST the first 20,000 GPUCoin block will hit (could change as hash rates change).
     (some in IRC are betting that it will be before midnight EST tonight)
-Scrypt -n, you need vertminer installed to mine
-CEO has stated that after coin is running proper he would email IPO investors
