If some one have R9 270 OC and want to share settings with me I would be very grateful. I get 153 Kh/s with -I 12, i have to tell that i bought this card 3 days ago and my old PSU push out onlu 350W, these cards need at least 500W maybe this is the problem? the new PSU(850w) arrive these days. Thanks

I have two rigs with 5 MSI r9 270 Gamer Editions (non-x) that each pull 210khs with this (temps are in mid 50's with open rig, basement and fan)

Code:
-v 1 -g 1 -I 17 -w 256 --lookup-gap 2 --thread-concurrency 12992 --gpu-engine 1086 --gpu-memclock 1475 --temp-target 73 --auto-fan -- temp-overheat 85 --temp-cutoff 90

hope you devs realize that there wont be any interest in this coin until block 2600, still that will take ages bcause of low difficulty and nethash,
I don't blame people also at this time, bcause there isnt any point to mine this as its a waste of time and energy

For future coin dev's: this low reward system for the first blocks, this aint no solution also

And now my question...solo mining it Smiley

I have set up my bat file to connct to 127.0.0.1:6857 (I have also added this as the RPC port to the wallet conf file), and this is what I get:

Accepteds is showing as 0, but I do see a "best share" value. Is this thing actually mining?

Rit.

Yup
accepted 0 hardware error 1

Yep, it's the 0 accepted I'm worrying about. Rewards are obviously zero at the moment, which is fine, but am I actually finding any blocks? I can't bloody tell Smiley

Accepted will only come in when you actually solve a block.  Until that point, there is nothing to see!
pool mine it being scrypt n and a slow launch the dif has crept up above solo mining capabilitys for one or two gpus you must have a farm running 8 cards i would guess all on the same machine or own pool style system. my best share on a tuned 290x is not enough to solve a block after 24hr mining think i got 200k best share so theoretically only a pool jobby. if your looking for a mining card dont buy 290x get the 280s or 270 none reference. you need a warehouse space heater or a rocket motor then by all means get a 290x lmao didnt sleep last night 4500 rpm fans 95℃ room temps lol

Dude, the coin is still releasing when it was supposed to, which is tonight at 11 or so EST.  The past day was to work out the kinks.  Was this not clear?

this solution is MUCH better than the first two rush cluster f***s. 2600 was a bit much, but the plan was to have 24 hours stable network before the major hash came on board. Pool operators have all liked this, and a lot of miner have been able to tweak their settings for a new algo that they normally don't mine. I like it (but i am tired of this wait, and i hit about 30 blocks and wish i had 600,000 coins for that instead of, well...  30.)

Ill gladly use a CPU to mine out the remaining blocks if all the other miners want to do something else in the meantime  Grin
