You have become a heavy smoker, so it seems you have to have a strong desire and confidence to stop doing that. I think apart from the factors within yourself, external factors are also very important, the support of your closest friends and family for example

The best way to quit smoking is to start chewing gum, it will keep your mouth busy and you will lose the urge to smoke.

It is easy to fall into , hard to come out! Quit it is hard but not impossible , just go to respiratory part in hospital to see what will happen to you if you dont quit it , it may motivates you!

Its too hard to quit smoking especially if you smoke for many years, but if you can discipline your body I think you can, Just replace your bad habits into god habits always play basket ball and any different sports that helps your body.

I started practicing cigarettes since I was 9 years old. Regular smoking starts from the age of 12. Now I am 26 years old, I'm trying hard to give up smoking, but can not do not? Can someone give me some good advice to quit smoking?

A friend of ours had the same issue, he could stop when a woman came into his life, she hated it so he stopped because of her! Womans can change a mans life!

Dont worry. Just keep it going on. You will quit smoking when you gone. OR use any methods that help you quit it. IMPORTANT thing: your will. My daddy had smoking for over 30 years. But someday, he wanted to stop smoking, and he did it in omly 1 week. Not lie. Only 1 week.
