You have to deal with the habit than physical addictions and you always can do that if you try harder and stay focused in each time

You have become a heavy smoker, so it seems you have to have a strong desire and confidence to stop doing that. I think apart from the factors within yourself, external factors are also very important, the support of your closest friends and family for example

In place of smoking cigarettes, try sunflower seeds, sugar-free lollipops, or gum, or carrot or celery sticks if you’re concerned about weight gain. You can also switch your cigarette habit for a nut habit, and eat four nuts in their shell for every cigarette you want to smoke. This way, you’re using your hands and your mouth, getting the same physical and oral sensations you get from smoking.
Thus, many achieve success in quitting smoking. Many of my acquaintances bought sweets or what they liked, and when they were ready to smoke they ate sweets. But most importantly, you need to want and keep this position until the end. In the end, it's just a habit, and you'll remember it in the coming months (with food, work, etc.). And, of course, do not listen to the surrounding smokers who do not support your decision. Good luck!

The best way to quit smoking is to start chewing gum, it will keep your mouth busy and you will lose the urge to smoke.

I started practicing cigarettes since I was 9 years old. Regular smoking starts from the age of 12. Now I am 26 years old, I'm trying hard to give up smoking, but can not do  not? Can someone give me some good advice to quit smoking?

there are several ways to stop smoking, the first must try one by one reduce the stems that we suction per day and after that we have to hold it little by little in order to get used to, keep away from friends who are smoking addicts for a while so that it is not affected again.

I just can not say that you have stopped quitting because it's bad that you should slowly stop it.

Always think about the bad things that can happen to your body if you continue which will remind you to stop smoking to avoid that

Dont worry. Just keep it going on. You will quit smoking when you gone. OR use any methods that help you quit it. IMPORTANT thing: your will.
My daddy had smoking for over 30 years. But someday, he wanted to stop smoking, and he did it in omly 1 week. Not lie. Only 1 week.

Your will power is the most important thing and believe that you can do anything with that you will be able to stop smoking easily
