Sometimes ago I reported some post(s) from a user who logs in the forum just to spam his blog. The post(s) was/were moderated as it's supposed to be. After some time the user started to use the off topic section, thinking he won't be reported there. Too bad for him since I was checking his profile from time to time.
Last month I reported him again 9/10 times for the same reason. And even found he uses an alt account to behave the same.

Now I am honestly tired to report people if nothing is done. I mean you can get a post deleted from time to time it isn't a reason to be banned yeah I agree with but how many times I would need to report him. I have seen cases where the mods are more radical...

If you have reported him so many times you can see the deleted posts in bpip and then in your next report request the mods to ban the account based on the multiple breaking of the rule #1 :

No zero or low value, pointless or uninteresting posts or threads

And refering to the number of deleted messages.

This should help in your case and the account should be banned.

He is bumping his thread in the Service section. As I see his bumps are over 24 hours in between so no worries there. The only problem I see is that he is not deleting his old bumps. I don't see it as a big abuse, tho.
I don't know about the service he provides if it is real or not but based on the forum rules, it seems fine to me, just the old bumps.

Usually I visit Altcoin section and keep track of few users who seem to be quite different in posting. Got hold of this guy when he was redundantly posting in the Speculation section. When I went through his new posts, he has started few topics on announcing an exchange "Totalcoin".  In the last few lines of the topic he hides his referral links through the texts and posts them. When clicking on those links, they lead to playstore and the wallet gets downloaded through his referrals. I have reported both his posts about the exchange, if you got to see this guy in your local board posting about this kindly report him.

The service was posted in the Bitcoin Discussion section, and I reported it. I guess someone else reported it before me and it the thread was moved, but my report was marked as bad.

You posted it in the wrong section. This is Bitcoin Discussion board which is self explaining. I think you need to move your topic to the Marketplace (Altcoins) section or Announcements (Altcoins). I am not just too sure. I hope this information helps
