To me, it is quite rare for a bounty hunter to invest in an ICO. Bounty hunters are always in need of money and will be very difficult for them to invest into ICO's. They at times look at the project too if it is in their best interest to invest in.

Depends on the project. As a bounty hunter, I haven't tried to invest on an ICO yet because of the risk. I know that ICO's are not a guaranteed invested. It's like betting on something that if you lose, you won't get nothing in return. If the ICO turned out be unsuccessful, all of the money invested on it will be gone. That is what I am worried of that is why I prefer to promote than investing on it. I prefer investing on btc btw. :-)

Being a bounty hunter does not prevent you from participating in ICOs. Many Bounty hunters also participate in the ICOs of the bounties they participate in order to increase their profit margin.

This question will be answered in two phases; yes, it is glaring that bounty hunters are often exposed to numerous ICO, this is as a result of their frequent business of promoting different bounties to the knowledge of investors but in  some cases, they end up becoming investors due to the attractive and profit oriented ICOs they might come across while in the process of trying to market a particular bounty. This is evident because as a bounty hunter, one also has the intention of making huge profit from any available program in the bitcointalk forum.

Of course not, bounty hunters are just part of the ICO success just because they are participating on the marketing campaign, nothing more than that. But investors? Of course not, they are not investing their money, only their time. There is a big difference
