Hi ! I just started with my first small test rig mining ETH with the claymore dual miner .

I'm getting:

"ETH: 06/04/17-03:22:20 - New job from europe.ethash-hub.miningpoolhub.com:20535 (FAILOVER 1)
ETH - Total Speed: 23.825 Mh/s, Total Shares: 6, Rejected: 0, Time: 00:08
ETH: GPU0 23.825 Mh/s"

I was allready googling the FAILOVER 1 but I could not find what it means. Can anyone help me please?

Thank you so much

What did you do to get it to connect? I've been having trouble connecting all night, just says
try again in 5 seconds the whole time. Using multipoolminer.

This site is horrible for Siacoins.  Get around 600 coins/day and on this one I have got a lousy 0.00000000 (141.78481475) unconfirmed in 24 hours.

PPLNS Target    13359607

Round Shares [Submitted shares since last found block (ie. round shares)]
Est. Shares    4,700,792 (done: 176.19%)
Your Valid    2,973.8299
Your Invalid    8.7312 (0.29%)

SC Estimates
Block    69.02179212
Fees    0.62119613
Donation    0.00000000
Payout    68.40059599

Network Info
Difficulty    80,758,987,932,851,088.00000000
Est. Avg. Time per Block    10 minutes
Current Block    107977

So I still make way more on nanopool with 2% fee.

@miningpoolhub   there appears to be something wrong with port 17016

All my systems have started timing out on that port.

Can you clarify what link bothers you most?

I'll check it next time i do a run on it. Or get used to it.

Cheers and thank you for a great service. (I have set donations to 1% for spending your time).

Thomas.

PS: Calculating 1%. That gives you 1 dollar every time i make a 100 :-)
PPS: Bong. Found: https://miningpoolhub.com/?page=account&action=balances
Click a pool and new window opens. If you a running more than one pool you get the windows (or "tabs". It does not make it less confusing to navigate.). And lots of them if you click a lot on different pools.
PPPS: (Post post post scriptum): https://miningpoolhub.com/?page=statistics&action=autoswitches Right side.

Throw some "shit" and see what sticks.

Hi,

how long I need to wait for unconfirmed Siacoins to become confirmed? Mining now for day and a half and balance is still unconfirmed.

Thanks!

I'm having issues mining the skein algo...  Using MiningPoolHub's version it simply just sits there and lowers difficulty to near zero. sgminer is also using near 100% cpu as well. A look at ProcessExplorer shows 6 threads (for each GPU I assume) running "amdocl64.dll!clSetKernelExecInfo+0x1f000" as taking all the CPU. Looks like its stuck in a loop trying to make that call.

Running RX480s on this box and have tried 16.9.2 and 16.12 drivers (fresh install).

I have also tried 5+ other sgminer forks out there and only receive hardware errors, no submitted shares.

Any ideas?

EDIT:
@aaronsace With you included sgminer (nh 51) all I get is hardware errors, no submits.

I tried to dual mine eth and sia, the two issues I got was

a) the miner was showing the same hash rate for sia and eth, and the sia hash rate was too low compare to my normal hash rate, about 50 times lower.

b) I was not getting any shares for ethereum, just a hash rate and 0 shares.

I am mining on a single M60 GPU, can it be that eth shares take "forever", or was there some other problem you think.

The transfer/payout fees seem unusually high. Digibyte for example has a 1 DGB transfer fee. Suprnova has a 0.01 DGB transfer fee. I'd love to start using this pool for the multi-algorithm feature but not if I have to greatly reduce my payout frequency or deal with a much higher portion of my earning going to fees

You can try older/different drivers, but I don't know of any drivers for mining such a card. Try googling to see if anyone has gotten a M60 to mine.

for skein mining the old cgminer work the best
it s included in multipoolminer as reorder  but for some card 200-300 series you need to use an optimized bin for optimal speed and I 10 or I 11  default is lot lower

if you use multipool  add this in reorder.txt,miners folder     -I 11 -g 2 -w 64

rx470 at 1200mhz does 250mh so 480 must do some more
