Am I the only one who thinks the guy deserves some respect for doing this?
just sit tight and wait until you get your money back, I m confident he will pay everyone. But as mentioned earlier, it takes time.

Interesting comment considering you don't even seem to have a stake in this issue. At least you can't be found on the spreadsheet. I own four of the accounts on the list.   Four accounts and you didn't identify yourself? Sorry but that isn't good for trust. |

That's the reason we do not post any BTC payback addresses in the list, because they are easily modified. I fixed the list again, this spreadsheet already cost me many hours now with people f*cking it up I copied a backup to a local Excel file and will do this every week to make sure no one deletes all the information on the list or so |

I think this is all the kind of information we will get from the admin, I think all users with 1+ BTC will be considered "middle investors" and everyone with 10+ to be "large investors" I see that two middle investors have already been partialy paid (0,4 out of 1BTC and 0,15 out of 1,45BTC) |

I'm glad to see some people are being paid, but as I have said before - I haven't heard or seen anything yet.
My messages clearly were sent before some peoples. Can you please advise when I shall start seeing payments?
I'm seeing people paid within hours/days of their messages being sent. I feel my account should be fairly easy to investigate. I put 3.2 BTC into BTC-ARBS, Never withdrew a single penny (Attempted to withdraw .5 BTC but about a day later the site went down so I never received anything) and I was before any of the legacy account mess.

so are you still performing arbitrage trades using the BTC you have to try and generate more BTC? Sorry if i missed it earlier, but was the whole 'take-over' thing by Global Capital Alliance or whatever just a cover to delay things while you were working out what to do about th hacked coins? Thanks, PS - i've emailed and PMd and updated spreadsheet. I lost 0.2 however I only can find one transaction for 0.057btc. I'd be happy to get just that back considering i thought we'd all lost our money. |

It seems that you are prioritizing the ones that complains the most. I have 11.5 BTC, so I think I am a middle / large investor. I've sent an email on may 30th, so I think I should be one of the first to get anything on a first come - first serve basis. I have not received a single installment, nor any PM with a projected payment plan like freejack. Please, clarify when will you be paying back. If you don't do this, the thread will be filled with people like me who see the only way to get some btc if you are a middle or large investor is to keep sending msgs. I just want some fairness and transparency. If middle/large investors receive installments, give the first to everyone before sending a second installment to some. |

10 BTC invested. E-mail sent May 30th, PM sent June 1. Info has been in spreadsheet since it was created.
No refunds, no communication.
I have low expectations and am prepared to join legal action if/when necessary.
