Question: What should we do with the NYAN algorithm?
Change it to X-11 w/ same distribution
Change it to pure POS w/ same distribution
Change it to pure POS with decreased supply

Being at the top of coinwarz is interesting though... there's been 800$ worth of volume for nyan reported in last 24hr so if a bunch of mining dumpers come to mine for profit, who will they sell to?  Seem's like price could plummet if they try that....

That's fine with me, they can sell to me :-D. I'll just keep collecting cheap coins.

And now this coin is dead ... a lot of miners will stop to mine it, it's not profitable anymore, and sell it a lot.

Subsidy halves in 337k blocks

Was just working on creating a p2pool for nyancoin and noticed that subsidy actually halves in 500k blocks?

Code:
nSubsidy >>= (nHeight / 500000); // Nyancoin: 500k blocks

Right, this is a fix of bug in initial release.

337k means 227M total supply (bug)
500k means 337M total supply (fix)
Dev forgot change it in first post.

This is nonsense what you're talking about!
Now est next difficulty is already   20, and fall lower.
KGW already implemented, and take effect around 1,5 day.
NYAN realy best than DOGE!
Little patience and NYAN going to the stars (higher than moon).

Next Difficulty   80.86099306 !!!
This is Coinwarz.com......
Don't worry about it, NYAN already fall down on coinwarz. Est diff too.

Hi Guys,

Just wanted to drop by and let you guys know that we are considering adding NyanCoin to our exchange to be traded at launch, which will probably be the biggest launch for any altcoin exchange yet.  Follow us on twitter @lazycoins and vote.

Exactly, I'm not sure if KGW helps with profit switching pools as it counters what KGW was meant to fix very well.
Also when the difficulty remains high but the pools have switched off, then difficulty takes ages to re-target at low hash rates.
