Diversification is a good strategy to minimize your losses if the other coin will dumps and you still have chance to recover with the other coins in your portfolio. Indeed you need to choose those strong or best currency that we have to make a good profits. It's not good to hold a weak coins in a long term as this might not able to rise base on your expectations.

Yes always i am using diversification because market is very unpredictable now and i dont trust myself about choosing right coins for next bullrun . Also we can easily understand during bear which coin is strong and which coin is weak so you are right. We can make some exchange during bear and we can switch our tokens weaker ones to stronger ones.
