resistant due to its architecture, if a multipool starts to mine 1 algo, they can only get the difficulty of this 1 algo to rise and the algo wont give more blocks than the other algos.

So this is great for people like me who just buy coins to invest, won't have to worry about getting dumped on by thousands of coins on a given day?

theoretically anytime someone could dump alot if he obtained enough of them...by mining or buying or whatever. but it seems multipool resistant to me

yep, also the distribution is slow, ~3M coins per day, at current price there are only about 15 BTC worth of coins generated per day by miners, but seeing how it's distributed very widely to a big range of miners only a little of that will come to the market.

edit qubit is at the moment twice as profitable as skein ... just sayin` ... no pressure Smiley

you can see what algo is more profitable on the block explorer (my signature).

Seriously, amazing! Gonna send you some love when I get home tonight for the effort.

This post sums up why all this bullshit is a scam

I hope this coin will get its success that it deserves.
In my opinion one of the best coin launches of 2014 with its unique multialgo.
Don't know why the price is still so cheap for this coin, 1500-3000 satoshis are appropriate for this one.

Most of the users here have been registered for a while now and have seen one scrypt-clone after another. They are still popular so the majority are still mining those, but people here know better Grin The thread is growing nice and steady.

Talking about popularity - why it's not on the "List of all cryptocoins" thread of this forum?.. In my opinion, it would attract lots of people reading about alternative coins.

The dice games are back, and now they are provably fair:

MYR AddressOdds to WinPayoutMinbet (MYR)Maxbet (MYR)
MW4d4iYri1FXa1GEsiefz1wFxyJcAX1WKG90%1.07x0.110
MQpUBLTVpHEVKog9hGYiKu7A5GQgL2Ncy750%1.97x0.110
MH8knEgLTVMFC6i4Un2qR3AF4pmpQyDRqX10%9.97x0.110

Rules:
Only a single transaction to an address per vout (no complex transactions, just a single send to address per bet). You must use a wallet that you control (you may not be in control of the sending address of a mining or trading account). Bets made outside the min/max are considered donations. Game is played after one confirmation. Losers should receive 0.0001 MYR dust back to confirm game has been played.

Games are beta and play at your own risk. If it eats your coins please PM me and I'll do what I can to recover them (I'll need the txid and we'll have to look through the blockchain). Games may end at any time, check back here for status.

Results and proof can be viewed here:

http://cryptap.us/myr/dice/

As this is a beta and I am testing my engine, I am paying a 50 MYR bounty for any flaws that can be found in the game or transactions. It must be a unique flaw, I will payout once per flaw to an individual. It must be proven in the blockchain. PM me if you find one.

Feedback is welcome.

Just wrote to the big exchanges (Cryptsy, Bter, Vircurex) about this coin. Also i messaged some blogs to try this coin and the admin of the "all CC-List" to add it.
It's gonna be huge the next days I'm sure; and everybody should already hear about Myriadcoin when the time comes.

Would'nt wonder if it will reach 1$, cause it's much better than Vertcoin and a lot more innovative.
Also it's design is a lot more lovelier and on a timeline the Coinmarketcap and Bitcointalkactivity is pretty much the same like Vert for example.
Let's go! Smiley

I'm gonna say it since no one else did:

We need recognition and coverage thus we need:

-droid wallet
-games (already have dice others wouldn't hurt)
-coders GO FUCKING WILD, this coin is out of the box thinking, do your part get some shit done (maybe a price indicator for droid phones ? dunno something like that ) Smiley
-giveaways
-services to accept this coin later we're too young
-moar pools (yes MOAR)
-blog articles, facebook, twitter
-pool owners most of you have pull in the crypto world if you actually believe in this coin like I do and don't just wanna small quick buck but a big slow buck you also need to be pulling your weight around here
-dev is going satoshi nakamoto (-ish) on us which is cool because I am a firm believer that the dev is only needed when actual technical stuff is needed for the coin everything else should be done by the comunity
-reddit activity maybe ?
-irc activity
-support for newcomers (I'm gonna write a comprehensive tutorial)
-and so on and so forth

Now I'm not here to bitch or boast and say oh my look at all the things I've done and you're just sitting here and profiting from it, I know there's a shitload more I can and will do for this coin but this coin idea desirves a hand. Hell maybe in a few months you'll all be telling your friends "hey I was an early adopter of myriad" and they'll be like "wow man good shot". I know 90% of you are dumpers but there must be at least a few people with skills required to some of the above that trully believe in this coin like I do so ... now 's a pretty good time to get off your asses and start pushing. the snowball doesn't become an avalanche if no one pushes it down the hill and this coin has the potential to become just that.

It really only needs a $40-50 market cap at the moment to hit a dollar though, we won't see 2 billion coins for a few years.
