groestl diff on the rise  Huh

I'm testing my GPU miner, so there's 40 MH/s of groestl from me. Solo-mined 5 blocks this night. Cool But by looking at the diff, someone else also must have pointed a lot of computing power to groestl.
care to share it, please?

I see there's a bounty system in this coin. Make a bounty for groestl GPU miner and I will share it.

I can offer 4000 MYR from the donation wallet (all the coins left unallocated in the wallet).

That's fine with me. I'm going to check if miner works with the pool and then upload sources to github.

OK, I'm getting my GPU miner shares acccepted in myrgroestl.stablehash.com, but diff from the pool is quite large - 1, therefore I found only few of them, so I'm not sure if everything works. Earned 190 MYR in the pool so far. Is this normal? What's the real hash rate of this pool? It looks like it's somehow misconfigured, I see there's a lot of invalid shares submitted (not from me, though).

Can anyone clarify the situation with this pool?

With your hash power, you can try mining solo.
I am mining solo qubit since two days with two R9 290 : about 13Mh/s (present diff between 13 and 25) and I am getting 14000 myr /24h ie 14 block : of course with big fluctuation...).
So with your hash power and present difficulty, you should get about 12000/day (12 block).

I just commited support for MyriadCoin groestl to GitHub: https://github.com/prettyhatemachine/sph-sgminer

See the sph-sgminer thread for details: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=475795.0. Hashing
speed is 10MH/s on R9 290. Only source code is provided, let me know when someone compiles it for Windows, I will add link to binary in sph-sgminer thread. Note that you have to wait few minutes for a share to be found in the pool, that's the way it's configured. I earned about 1100 MYR already in the pool with my 40 MH/s during 2 hours, so I guess everything works good.

Very low price now..weird
For a coin total of 2 Billion, price doesn't seem low to me at all.

Thanks for the groestl gpu miner but it not as efficient as using gpu miner for skein.

Groestl and Skein are very different. Skein is much easier to implement efficiently on GPU's/ASICs than Groestl. This should give GPU miners not as big a lead over the CPU miners mining Groestl.

Anyone with actual figures on their CPU/GPU for mining Groestl? Would be interesting to compare.

Thank you for releasing groestl GPU miner, this coin officially as of today has no CPU algo support. That will be all from me.

EDIT : R290x = 9MH/s     4770k = 1.3MH/s

ha beat me to it.

I would also agree with this. I've cleared 3k and change in 2.5 hours on one 270x using the ass kicking sph miner

[edit] hahaha not enough coffee today and tooo many miners

regrettably, this is the only algo I don't have sph for.. booo. Using the python one

However, the groestl gpu miner efficiency could probably be improved as my GPUs power consumption is only half of what it used to be with skein.

also, i think the groestl stablehash pool is not properly configured.

on the same card, scrypt payouts are much higher.
