I havent rcvd a payout from the Skein Bird P2Pool in over an hour, yet the explorer is showing blocks found every few minutes... whats going on?

Have you checked the predicted balance on pool page? Does it even report something for your wallet?

You sent your coins on a bad fork. I think you need to dump all your private keys, and then import them into v0.9.2.11 and probably -reindex. I think you should be able to recover your coins though...

Ugh, I just realized I did the same exact thing. To do it from the qt wallet, you open wallet and go to Help --> Debug window --> Console, and then type dumpprivkey "address", or to get them all type dumpwallet "filetodumpto.txt", after you unlock your wallet with walletpassphrase "yourpasswordhere" "timetounlockinsecondshere". I'll try to go into a bit more detail later.
