we are not able to know if the tokens are held by exchanger or by a person.
If you are keeping your LLG in an exchange wallet, you can try asking them for credit.

You should make the difference between ER20 tokens used for the ICO to allow seeding and exchange before the product startup
and the final token from the LOLIGO blockchain

ERC20 tokens are immediately distributed and transferred to participant

You don't need to buy one, no.You can use any erc-20 compatible wallet,just make sure it is safe.Later you will use Loligo wallet when it comes out.

I think its standard practice in these kind of situations to have tokens in your own wallet before snapshot,and not on the exchange.Its very risky anyway to store your tokens on the exchange for longer period of time.

You should make difference beween:
- block reward which is a reward given to the solution founder
- network transaction fees

private nodes still consuming fees, however all bloc rewards (new tokens) are given to LLG holders
