When you expect to have first ICO on your platform?

If i remember correctly,  team member saiid that we can expect it sometime in May/June 2019.

That means they already signed agreements with some teams,or simply thats when platform will be ready?

Platform will be ready even before, but I think Loligo blockchain needs to be released first so all the services can be run on it and then ICO will be on Loligo platform and blockchain independent of ETH blockchain.
