I agree with you, I think sometimes most of such people wants the encouragement of others and should have just simply asked for it instead of thinking and assuming that the crypto market will die and get everyone talking. Yes, getting out or quitting are the best solution sometimes but in this kind of situation I believed what the OP means was stopping trading when the seems not good which I also agreed cause spending too much on trading was never a good thing because it lead to some people panic. Meanwhile, it good to pause trading and switch ones profit to one of those stable coin.
