The site has been updated so that it no longer says instant withdrawals.

@Jaaawsh - we are trying to be more transparent based on feedback we received here.
Plus the withdrawal message should have been updated, since we are not the fastest withdrawals.
I'm sorry about your friend but no one forced him to continue playing while waiting.
People from these forums have done VERY well off the no deposit bonus and cashed in very large amounts.
Our largest withdrawal from a no deposit bonus has been 2.85 BTC plus many above 1BTC.

No I know no one forced him to keep playing but it's kinda like... you guys didn't subtract the balance, all it said was "waiting for approval". And on top of that the fact that you guys DID say instant and "the fastest withdrawals around" that's why he's upset.

As far as i understand the last communication was your friend saying thanks because support was checking on a special request he made.

***update on my friend's situation***
Betchain comped him twice his deposit (what he used to confirm his account) so he got .002 instead of .095 like he withdrew. Almost more of an insult than a comp, to be perfectly honest. You can't even bet one chip on your site, it says "not enough balance" if you have 1 chip left. So he got one bet-able hand of blackjack. I'd be mad if I were him too.

There was no need for any comp at all.
If you friend was so insulted he was welcome to return it.
I have tried to help this situation as i could and i have been very polite and restrained in my responses.
I think enough space has been devoted to this on this thread already.
