You received the withdrawal after replying to us.
The issue was that the same computer was used to claim a bonus twice which raised a red flag.
I'm glad that this is resolved and that you have received your money.

I am concerned that this may have been a transaction that went wrong on the network because there are no unaccounted for withdrawals waiting processing.

We know that the withdrawals are not as fast as some would like.
At the moment the average processing time is around 5 hours but we are reducing all the time.
There have been some posts here which were related to multiple accounts and bonus abuse as well.
So this is just a reminder to our players that withdrawals are not instant, they do take a few hours to process but should still be same day for all withdrawals.

Can you fix the blackjack issue?

If you have a relatively low mBtC left, in my case I had 4 remaining.  I had a bet of 4 on one hand.  I wanted to double, it said I didn't have enough funds.  Basically it won't let you go to 0.  I right now have 1 mBtC and it won't let me play it because it says funds are to low.

Noticed this since the start of me playing here.
