dev needs to search on sites such as below and get this coin algo switched asap. www.freelancer.comwww.elance.comwww.odesk.comBefore algo choice is made, research the right move. Rumors of fpga mining X11 should be deterrent enough not to go in that direction. Bargain with developer. Between everyone we should be able to pay at least 250M edu to get the job done. I pledge 50M so we are 1/5 of the way to 250M already. Sell the potential! Jeesh, the developer could retire his entire family with 250M edu if the coin takes off. Even if it hits 1 penny this dev would be good. Mass marketing and awareness is the next step after algo switch. Edu Dev:
The time is now! A mass extinction of alts is coming soon and at this pace edu will disappear with all the losers and scam coins. This is not fud, this is fact!

Well we are into Sep and honestly i believe this is almost dead in the waters. Now i am only hoping for some magic which is very unrealistic.
Sorry DEV...the community offered help several times and donated coins but couldn't see much happening.

That would be great if we could get the split and algo upgrade done by you Hopefully Dev will come back and organize this soon? Concept is valuable enough to make this happen that's for sure |

Several have consistently appeared and offered to help, and the community here as well as myself are open to seeing plans written up publicly here. I'm having trouble getting the wallet to sync on 2 different windows computers.
I have opened the conf file, and saved it as in the instructions provided by educoin.
This did not work for me. I have also made sure that my firewall software is disabled. Any ideas, suggestions?

Thanks for stepping up gambel, it's good to hear we are moving forward. I am more than willing to help anyway I can. Developer I'm not, did a bit of vb6 & javascript in school but that's it. Nowadays it's more html, css & network admin stuff. I can review code and am open to helping with testing if that helps. PM is probably the best way to reach me as I can't watch all the threads  Again, thank you for stepping up. I have been a believer in EDU ever since I was made aware of it and still think it has huge potential. |
