Rigs to Desks create another problem, at least for me, my Rigs should go to a colocation facilty which need a standard rack form factor, which Rigs have, but Desks don't.

So I cannot ask for Desks as replacement for Rigs unless you can put Desks inside a standard rack compatible case.

I don't really see that as a big problem, just like with the Avalons (last years, not the new 2U rackmount ones), we just put them on little shelves that we screw into the racks. 2 shelves that cost EU 15 each are not such a problem...

Of course if you can't lay them flat, then you have to stand them up and lose more space

Why not start shipping 1 TH Coincraft Rigs using the same parts you obviously have for Coincraft Desks? I'll gladly take 2 units of 1 TH now instead of having to wait for a 2 TH machine next month. And it will save you in CPP obligations

Sure, we did that for other customers that had requests like yours too, please send an e-mail to info@bitmine.ch with your order number and stating that you want to convert the order to two desks and they'll take care of that.

Email sent, will let you guys know if they switch out my rig order for a desk unit.

I actually just sent an email asking if its possible to convert.  I also asked what my estimated shipping time would be if I converted  my order because like you I fear that we may just get shoved to the end of the line.

Maybe it will be nice to explain where the people who ordered a RIG, and now wants to have a DESK, will get in the queue.

I saw someone else who did this, and he was in de queue for week 14/15. (he ordered in November 2013).

The situation is out of controll, here. There is a delay of still at least 3 months. Face it. Maybe they can make it up to one month in two weeks.

Dont be a dog asking for a bone! Wingling a poor creature you are, besides there were some mistakes made!

The only thing I'm asking is a little information about my shipping, and asking nothing'm a dog a bone, I have a money invested and is what worries me.
By the way here the only thing out of control is you, You do not even have anything that bought and these do not you stop attacking everyone who believes this or against you.

You obviously did not spend USD 30k on an order which is 3 months delayed...
