Nothing surprising. Just his usual lies and misleading tactics. It just confirms a pattern of behavior.

That the Rock Trading CTO Paci is also responsible for this is very clear.

On his already quoted email of 21 august 2018, he suggested that their covert withdrawal block of my money (which was on effect for more than 9 months) was motivated by "Your profile looked suspicious to our internal automatic security checks".

So, after 6 years as a customer and having kept the profile exactly the same since 2013, he was suggesting that it was a software that automatically blocked my account.

Of course, this is a complete lie. If it was just an automatic block, they would unblock it and apologize.

Moreover, the Rock CTO Paci wanted to convince me that they allow software to block customers accounts without any review (at least after) from them! And that this could go on for 9 months!

Even more, the Rock CFO eliale just refused to explain the reason for the block for months and their support system (that probably was just the Rock CFO writing) didn't invoke any thing about my profile. The support just argued that I needed to verify because I traded fiat! Which was a blatant breach of their TOS/FAQ that said "Verification is not mandatory, but in order to deposit/withdraw fiat currencies you will need it”.

I wanted to convert my euro to bitcoin and withdraw bitcoin.

But if we needed any other confirmation that the Rock CTO Paci was lying, the Rock CFO just gave it when he invented another completely different lie to justify the block: he didn't say nothing about the profile, he invented that the account was dormant.

There is no point on waiting any longer. The Rock CFO wrote more than once that he won't obey the arbitrage decision. And even when he tried to "reinterpret" (to say the very least) his declarations, he never wrote clearly that he will respect the decision.

And, anyway, does anyone believe what he writes any longer? He broke his own word posted here publicly for everyone to see and lied here so many times: that he would respect customer privacy, that he would release my money as soon as he get my identity, that he would also go to the authorities, etc.

He is ready to write anything as long as that can hide what he is doing from his customers and potential customers.

This will be decided by the authorities, soon or later. And they will answer for what they done.

But it seems there will have to be more and more insistence, because acting on complaints sent by electronic means doesn't seem to be a priority.

The Rock CTO Paci is on this too. On his email of 21 August 2018, he wrote that I didn’t had to send any personal documents: “BTW, is there any particular problems in providing some documents, if
I may ask? [ ] Anyway, feel free to not do it, if you wish so.”.

But he added that my money would be kept blocked "much more time" under the pretext that they would have to use "other methods" to confirm that I'm the account owner.

How convenient, other non disclosed methods who would require much more time!

An excellent pretext to get more time to ask again for my documents later, like the Rock CFO did, 48h after.

I could post a scan of an excerpt of the email, but the Rock CFO confirmed this when he posted:

The Rock CFO blatantly lied again, pretending that the CTO Paci wrote to me renouncing any KYC without his support!!

All of our emails exchange on August 2018 were sent with a copy to each other!

He has no problems whatsoever to demote and contradict his own partner and Rock CTO Paci, lying again on an open forum! Paci would never write that without consulting the Rock CFO!

Anybody dealing with eliale stands a very high risk of losing their funds because of the past history. Also, he has posted private information that was never supposed to be disclosed and was protected by law so that adds more layers to the Rock Trading scammers and its owners such as eliale and Paci

You are welcome, i just recenty discovered that i can support a flag againts an user so i supported the flags on them. The authorities can be very very slow at their work, so it would be no suprise to me, if it took them months to actually do anything about this, but its good that its being  worked upon by them

They just changed their FAQ again. This just confirms that they don't know what to do.

Now, they inserted a new sentence which is the opposite of the one they had when this all started:

Now, a few days ago, they inserted this:

They just announced on their FAQ that they claim the right to block your account and blackmail you to send your personal documents under threat of keeping your money! If you are an unverified customer you can't do anything, not even withdraw your cryptocoins!


Of course, this is completely illegal. But they clearly are doing this on their own, without consulting any lawyer. I'm not going to save them money and explain why what they are doing will finally doom the Rock Trading.

Can anyone trust an exchange managed by people that batlantly breaches the letter of their own FAQ and then think that by changing it on the exact measure of the breach that they can legitimaze their past actions, done on December 2017 and August 2018?

Of course, this is ridiculous. But the question is: can anyone trust people who acts like this and thinks they can get away with it?

They dare to write on their FAQ that unverified customers can't withdraw fiat or crypto, ever!  They are saying that they will keep your money "forever" if you don't verify your account, as they wrote here to me. They don't even need to invent an security excuse!

Is a kind of house fee for unverified customers: they will keep your money for good.

One thing is sure, even if I signed a message with a bitcoin wallet used to deposit bitcoin on the Rock on 2017, I still own the banking account used to make withdrawals on 2013 and no one has logged in on my account for almost one year, they recently still wrote that the account is not mine as a pretext to keep my money blocked!

No? Watch out... their CFO has no problem whatsoever to invent security excuses.

On my case, they invented the security trigger check, the "suspicious" 7 year account, the dormant account, etc, to try to justify the block of my money. All blatant, contradictory, lies. Today they say one. Tomorrow, they invent another.
