Both representatives of the Rock Trading scammers eliale and paci have all but given up on trying defend themselves here.

Their pathetic Rock Trading website which I visited today looks like an ancient relic from 10 years ago. Looks like a pathetic website just waiting to go under and to scam as many users as it can before it sinks so it can makes owners a bit of money until the law catches up with them and sees they get jail time.

The arbitrator might still rule on this, they usually take 11 months to act. But this now is also pending a complaint to the italian Garante of Privacy. And an italian prosecutor office was also contacted.

On the next days, new measures will be taken.

The Rock CFO already helped a lot with his posts on this thread, by revealing what kind of person he is with them in from of all the community. All his confessions and lies were a precious help.

His colaboration is no longer necessary. He can abstain from posting for as long as he wants. He will answer for his actions before the italian authorities.

The goal of this thread was and is to warn the community.

Besides the complaint to the arbitrator, an italian prosecutor office, the italian guarantee of privacy and another financial authority are informed about this case.

As far as I know, they haven't acted yet.

But Italian justice is slow, but effective. They will answer for what they did and are doing.

It seems that the some Italian authorities are so overwhelmed with electronic complaints that the waiting time for a decision is long.

One of the complaints is relatively recent, so it is still time to wait.

But soon there will be more insistence and other means will also be used until this case is decided.

Their latest trading claims to have a 24 hour volume of less than $80,000 so that is significantly less than the figures they have posted in the past.

Hopefully these scammers will go out of business soon but only after they return your funds to you.

I have to investigate if they still use the self-trading bot to misleadingly inflate their volume. Perhaps, coinmarketcap decided to confirm their volume and found out the truth and forced them to publish real numbers.

I due time, I'll make another post about their volume.

I'll keep updating this thread for as long as necessary, until the Italian authorities solve this.

It seems that they accepted skrill deposits in order to impose a fee of 3%.

3% seems an abusive fee for any "normal" financial transaction. So, even them recognize the risks of the operation.

Those 3% can cost dearly to their honest customers because of fraud if they go down because of it.

We'll see what makes the Rock go down first: their actions or the Italian authorities.
