Another serious complain against the Rock Trading I only recently took notice:
https://web.archive.org/web/20210906085705/https://it.trustpilot.com/review/therocktrading.com
(edited on 28.9.2021 with a new link, since the Rock managed to get trustpilot to remove negative reviews!)

I couldn't figure out its date. She writes in Italian and call them with all the letters: "fraudsters" ("truffatori"). Accuses them to try to steal 5000 euro from her.

Software translation:
"I never knew they were scammers, I used their services because I was not requesting to switch to USD.
They stole £5000 from me and would not answer my mail or calls. I had to report them to AsseTSECURe Ltd before I could get my money back....
Stay away from these scammers"

Never heard about these AsseTSECURe, but the Rock CFO must know everything about this case.

I guess his impunity on my case up to now made him think he can do anything without consequences. This guy is on such legal troubles that I almost pity him.

SCAM ALERT: All order books of The Rock Trading Exchange (www.therocktrading.com) are created by their bot and they use them to scam customers. They are also trying to steal 35519 euros. Read an updated summary on the OP

The Rock CFO is implying that I'm the author of the last complain on Trustpilot I posted about on my previous post.

He wasn't able to point a single lie about the facts behind all my accusations in 3 years, he even confirmed all the ones that were on my original OP [ https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4975753.msg44951057#msg44951057].

He even acknowledged that he lied to the italian police, as the only thing he softly contested was a translation I made of one of his lies in Italian [ https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4975753.msg56714606#msg56714606].

He knew that contesting his lies would only make me repost the evidence about them [see it here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4975753.msg55687075#msg55687075]

I even asked for evidence of people posting on this thread accusations against the Rock [ https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4975753.msg57015552#msg57015552].

I hesitated to post that complain because I wasn't shore of its authenticity. But I still think that is too detailed to be false. And it would be an immaterial lie. The author recognized that the problem was solved.

But the Rock CFO has more reasons to be very worry, because he has more people angry with him. And these are native italians with easy access to the Italian authorities. Both complains were clearly written by native italians. It isn't software translation.

But what is clear by the Rock CFO implicit allegation only against this complain is that the other one, much more serious, is completely true: he is liquidating his customers loan positions by using his scamming bots and fake order book.

The Lawyer says the Rock CFO can't really deny it or he will ruin his last excuse: that he wasn't aware that faking order books with bots was criminal fraud.

Things are in motion. He will be aware of it soon.

Moreover, I'm also implying that. even though you were capable of accessing the account, you are not the account owner and this is why, after 3 years, you can only anonymously spam multiple chats, send anonymous mails to our associates and not being able to do a  KYC knowing the facts.

By contesting only this complain against the Rock Trading https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4975753.msg57835349#msg57835349, the Rock CFO confessed undoubtedly once more that the other complain from a liquidated customer at about half the international price is true:

This means that he implicitly confessed yet again that he:
1) Lied to the police against me. See evidence and details here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4975753.msg55687075#msg55687075
2) Is operating bots on his own "exchange".
3) That all his order books are fraudulent, created by their bots. Just check them.
4) That he is using them to liquidate loaned positions of their few customers and buying them with their bots at scam prices
: See complain https://www.trustpilot.com/reviews/5ff1cfac755dc1032c0a8ae2

This guy earned a living on the anonymity of their customers (the FAQ that they changed almost one year after blocking my account said: "Verification isn't obligatory". See evidence here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4975753.msg51152105#msg51152105

I'm fully identified for all purposes relating to bitcoin: I signed a message with the address I used to send the bitcoins. See it here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4975753.msg51271058#msg51271058

Bitcoins I sold on the Rock, ending with the 35500 euros they are trying to steal from me for the last 3 years. But this conflict ends very soon.

I knew you were a scammer just not as big as at last was revealed you are. I checked your scam order books. You scammed crowdfunders and are liquidating your customers with them. You think you have this confined? Prepare for a shock.
And if the massive campaign about your scam about to start dont solve this I will take care of complaints to the italian authorities about your scams. And I will post the scans of them here. I dont know why the OP hasnt complained again. But I am going to see you behind bars Medri.

Why is everyone trading on a scam exchange Binance with 2017 foundation date?

And why oldest exchange RockTrading with 2007 foundation date is bad?

Why doesn't anyone complain about scamish Binance?

Why does everyone continue to idolize scamish Binance which has the most violations in the world?

RockTrading compared to Binance - is a holy

Thanks for the continuous support, r34tr783tr78.

Up to now, I wrote about their scams against me and against the protesting customer, whose loaned positions they liquidated on their fake order books.

But the scam of the Rock CFO life was the Rock crowdfunding.

The Rock CFO knows that running an "exchange" with fake order books and scamming bots is impossible. Soon or later things will end bad. Consequently he decided to sell it!

His fake packed order books and false volume was essential to fool the potential investors and create the fraud that their stated volume/fees were real. They wanted to look like if they had thousands of active customers.

He was pissed when the crowdfunding company confronted them with my case (see https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4975753.msg55604009#msg55604009). He had to risk everything and lie to the police to play the innocent victim, mislead the company and get the money.

He managed to sell 10% of a scam worth 0 and jail time for 1.5 million!

When the Rock Trading goes down there will be many scammed investors angry.

SCAM ALERT: All order books of The Rock Trading Exchange (www.therocktrading.com) are created by their bot and they use them to scam customers. They are also trying to steal 35519 euros. Read an updated summary on the OP

Evidence of the Rock Trading scamming order-books:

The Rock Trading has been very busy changing their order books to try to conceal the scam after I exposed it.
Just check this picture on how their market BTCUSDT was on 20 september 2021 before I denounced the scam on its order book and their changes to conceal the scam. Just see the moving picture linked here
https://ibb.co/0hhHmn5
Let it go to the end and compare how the Bid ends at 1, but the Ask goes on beyond the visible orderbook still completely massive.

This picture also reveals the scam:

Just check how in a week the bid board of the Rock order-book on Bitcoin vs USDT lost hundreds of orders by comparing two videos on Vimeo. But (probably by the Rock CFO insistence) Vimeo now asks any viewer to log in to see these videos
https://vimeo.com/610136509
https://vimeo.com/610144356

Videos are about their market: https://therocktrading.com/en/market/BTCUSDT
Which they corrected to hide again the scam.

But check also this picture which reveals the scam also on their other market LTCBTC

Just see how it was on 13 March 2022 (check on the right the date on the trade history) and compare the bid and the ask. How the bid ends abruptly at a high value with only one order at 000000001, but the Ask is massive and goes on beyond the visible orderbook.

And now compare it with the present orderbook on https://therocktrading.com/en/market/LTCBTC
A massive amount of orders suddenly were created!

On last 14 September, the bid board was complete with orders just between 46000 and 44000 USD. On the 20 September video, it lists all orders down to 1. Dazzlingly, the major part of the orders from the bid board disappeared. But not from the ask board. This one is still packed with orders on an array of just 3000 USD.
--
But today, on 28 September, both sides show the all orderbook, from the start at current market price to the end. Thousands of orders disappeared from the orderbook on only 14 days.
[edited on 28-9-2021, with also new links to the videos]
[edited on 26-3-2022 with new link].
[edited on 9-4-2022 with new pictures].
--

It's more than clear that it's a completely fake orderbook. But the same applies to all the other

They used this fake orderbook too scam their crowdfunding investors (see previous post) and scam their customers: https://www.trustpilot.com/reviews/5ff1cfac755dc1032c0a8ae2
Here one of their customers complains in Italian that he was forced to sell his bitcoins at about half of the international price.
It's clear that he trusted that his orders books were real and suddenly all orders disappeared except very low ones created by their scamming bot and, panicking, the customer dumped all his bitcoins on the bot.

I accused the Rock CFO of using bots to create completely fake orderbooks and scam customers with them several times on the last month.

Again he didn't deny having a bot operating on their own exchange! How could him? It's visible for anyone watching. And it isn't there only to falsely increase the volume.
[..]
The Rock Exchange is faking to be an exchange where customers trade between themselves in equal terms, when in reality is two guys taking advantage of their control of the order book to manipulate the bid orders to get sales from their own customers at a bargain or at real scam prices when international crypto prices drop.

The Rock management knows the order book creates this misleading impression of being tight and solid and already programmed the bot to cancel all of the market price orders in case of oscillation of the international price and to create on their place very low bid orders. And they are counting on some panic sales! This is a scam!

4) He didn't even try to deny how he is liquidating loaned positions of their customers at half the international price using their fake order books and their scamming bots!

He posted here several times after, but never denied the accusation that he used bots to fake the order book and that he is scamming customers with them.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4975753.msg57605407#msg57605407
(he lies, denying cheating volumes, but confirms implicitly that he is operating bots on his fake exchange)
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4975753.msg57763202#msg57763202
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4975753.msg57785447#msg57785447
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4975753.msg57871394#msg57871394
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4975753.msg57839742#msg57839742

All the evidence of their scam is now gathered. It's a scam in execution and criminally speaking they are sitting ducks. The time to answer for their deeds has arrive. He clearly wants to go down with his scam.

Come potrebbe?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4975753.msg57605407#msg57605407
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4975753.msg57763202#msg57763202
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4975753.msg57785447#msg57785447
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4975753.msg57871394#msg57871394
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4975753.msg57839742#msg57839742

The Rock CFO thinks that he is still fighting for his reputation. He managed to get trustpilot to delete almost all the negative reviews against the Rock Trading.

But all these reviews are still preserved on https://web.archive.org/web/20210906085705/https://it.trustpilot.com/review/therocktrading.com

Software translation:
"I never knew they were scammers, I used their services because I was not requesting to switch to USD.
They stole £5000 from me and would not answer my mail or calls. I had to report them to AsseTSECURe Ltd before I could get my money back....
Stay away from these scammers"
Warning: I don't know if this complain is real. Assetsecure seems to be a recovery agency.

Software translation:
This exchange attracted me at first because it had relatively low commission and you can stay in euros without having to switch to USDT. But I didn't pay attention to the low volumes, with these volumes you can't trade, I was liquidated because once the Bitcoin dropped up to 5k euros while on other exchanges it dropped up to 9k euros, so much difference, I lost a lot of money with them, I wrote 2 times to customer service but they say it's not their problem. You have got to be kidding me, it's borderline scam. I have lost a lot of money with them, I wrote to customer service twice but they said it's not their problem. Avoid TRG please, go to Binance or crypto.com so you are safe.

I have no doubt that this complain is real. The Rock CFO never denied the facts. They completely scammed this customer and bought his bitcoins for about half the price using their scam bot. But he didn't know that the Rock Trading were using bots and scammed him

well.... if we were cheating with volumes.... we would have bigger volumes in order to attract customers don't we?  Wink

The problem is that now the Rock Trading has to pay a part of the fake profits from the fake fees to their scammed investors. A higher volume would force them to pay more to the investors.

It's also partly because of this that he is changing their orderbooks, removing the massive ones and diminishing the volume.

The other reason is to better hide the scamming orderbooks.

I'll be posting more evidence of this.

If any exchange inflates volumes in order to attract investors then cannot back that up post-investment with investor dividends then the certainly will be trouble ahead, probably Court cases and all sorts of litigations against the scammers. Exactly what the Rock Trading has been doing is not clear. I would appreciate it of you could post evidence of how Rock Trading has been inflating volumes.

Most exchanges probably inflate figures but not all of them raised money via a funding website therefore if the Rock Trading operators have done something wrong they it should be mentioned.

Just my two cents.

This is trustpilot on TRT: https://it.trustpilot.com/review/therocktrading.com

Each shows the truth they are interested in showing, but in your case you only got two negative reviews that interested you, forgetting that all the others were very positive.

Now, after this i want to respect the POW of all users, but If out of thousands of users, the only one to have this problem was coinfan, we should probably ask ourselves some questions.

If you really wanted to fix the problem, you would have provided all the required documentation.
In Italy there are certain things you don't mess around with: I would like to remind you how not even Binance (I repeat B I N A N C E) has managed to adapt to the requests of our legislator, and for this reason it has had to limit its offer in our country.

I would like to tell you that I had a much smaller problem with Binance, but in order to solve it, I did not ask myself the problem of providing all the required documents. And I solved the problem.

In the end I would like to make just a small observation: it is the first time that I have seen a user reach a "green trust" just because he made an accusation on the forum. This makes me think so much ...

Update:

Coinfan is sending mails to all our associates and business related companies about his case.  It is quite interesting that he is signing the mails with his name which is Peter R...... (voided for privacy).  As stated multiple times, the account for which the OP is claiming the ownership, is in the name of a woman. Suzana ...... (voided for privacy).  Again, if after more than 3 years, the OP has not been capable of producing a KYC, it is quite evident that, while he had access to the account, he is not the owner of it.

Trustpilot, which is an independent company, after some investigation decided to erase a couple of fake posts.  There is nothing we can do about it.....

About the fake volumes...... as stated multiple times by Jollygood, our exchange is a small platform. So, if we were "faking" volumes, we would have done a better job....  Wink

I would like to remind the reader that there is a criminal procedure against the OP and funds are securely on hold by an arbiter.

Official documents at the following link: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1AcIIsoWP5mcMCApKMMPtTokkXfS9eyIz

Even though Coinfan has been defaming our company for over 3 years all over, and tried to strongly pressure us in order to steal funds which he doesn't own, we are proud to prove to our customer that  we will do anything in our power to protect their funds from thieves and scammers.

Thank you

If any exchange inflates volumes in order to attract investors then cannot back that up post-investment with investor dividends then the certainly will be trouble ahead, probably Court cases and all sorts of litigations against the scammers. Exactly what the Rock Trading has been doing is not clear. I would appreciate it of you could post evidence of how Rock Trading has been inflating volumes.

Most exchanges probably inflate figures but not all of them raised money via a funding website therefore if the Rock Trading operators have done something wrong they it should be mentioned.

The main fraud isn't faking volume, which of course the Rock CFO also does. The real fraud is faking all their orderbooks

Just check as again he completely avoided my reiterated accusation that his scam exchange has fraudulent orderbooks, the evidence posted about this and that he is scamming his investors and customers with them.

But we have new developments. The Rock CFO just publicly called me scammer and thieve.

Now just compare this with what he wrote here
We never denied your capacity to access the account which has been proven by you and confirmed by us.

He just publicly posted a deliberately and conscious lie and an insult. Something that is another crime, to add to the many others he committed. I assure that he will answer for them.

He clearly has little control when he is angry. It's always when he commits the most serious mistakes.

The Rock CFO now is saying that my name is Peter? Really? Last time I checked, it wasn't. He thinks I don't have other forum members helping me.

He should know that the problem of posting blatant lies is that readers are not stupid as he thinks. Everyone understand that accusing someone to be a thieve after 3 years of public fight is ridiculous. Just the backup pretext to try to steal my money.

More evidence about their fake orderbooks.

A few days ago, their market LTCBTC had a huge difference between bid and ask. The first was small, the all orderbook was visible on the frame. The ask side was massive. The frame only showed a small part of the orderbook. Now both bid and ask are massive again:
https://therocktrading.com/en/market/LTCBTC

Hundreds of orders just appeared again on a few days on the bid side, by miracle. Someone is screwing up the bot and revealing the fraud for everyone to see and record.

I have a video about how the orderbook was, with the huge difference between bid and ask and will post it on my nest post.

The main responsible for the crowdfunding scam is without any doubt the Rock CFO eliale. But he knows nothing about coding or on setting up bots.

This means that someone else programmed the Rock Trading scamming bots that allowed them to defraud their investors and customers by creating a fake appearance of a very profitable exchange with thousands of active traders.

The Rock CFO couldn't trust this to a third party. They wouldn't accept a fraudulent job liki this and the risk of a information leak would be too great.

And above all, they are continuously changing their scamming bots to try to better hide the fraud.

I have no evidence. Despite this, the Rock CTO paci will have much to explain about this scam to the Italian authorities. And his low profile won't save him.

My thanks to Trading for his merits and support.

The Rock CFO and CTO destroyed what was left of their own tiny exchange.

Their scamming bots might fool their new customers, but soon they find out that the bots are very suspicious or annoying, always in front of the real orders. Many also find out at their own cost that the orders disappear when there is a crash.

It's because of this that all their customers stop using them after a while.

They even had a 100 euros fee to inscriptions from new customers to compensate for all the customers leaving. This fee was also a scam. The new customers would pay the fee expecting a real exchange and then realize they just were tricked by the fake order book.

The Rock Exchange owners were winning in any case. In the end they could say "Thanks for your 100 euros, sucker".

Finally they ended this registration fee: https://blog.therocktrading.com/en/what-is-an-invitation-code/

Which suggest that they had so few active customers that they started getting desperate, since they need a few to keep up the appearance that they have an exchange.

Their announced fees are also a complete lie.

Any customer will be trading with their bots. This means that they also collect the spread between the fake bid/ask orders created by their bot.

Even when they don't increase the spread immensely, like when there are fast movements on the international price, this spread still can amount to about 5% on the orders books they downsized to create a better fraudulent image of a genuine orderbook.

Even more, when their bots sense real orders in the book ready to be filled they always increase the spread, allowing them to earn even more. The bot always takes its time before filling the order, increasing the difference in price to the international price in their favor.

More evidence that the Rock Trading has completely fake orderbooks created by their own bots to scam their crowdfunding investors and customers.

Just check their market LINK - ETH
https://www.therocktrading.com/en/market/LINKETH

On the bid side you have 25 orders, on the ask side you have a massive amount of orders, so big that only a small part of them are visible on their fake orderbook.

Their bots keep screwing up and revealing their scam for everyone. They are going to change the orderbook to try to hide the scam, but I have many copies.

Thanks for the fellow member who called my attention to another piece of evidence of their scam.
