When they speak about low commission, obviously team is targeting higher volumes to compensate it. They might have done the maths in a good way.

That is amazing indeed, i don't think they should translate the whole exchange, if it is just in English it would be good enough almost everyone knows that, if you still don't understand it you have the Live chat support.

for this level of support, an entire team is required, and these are dozens of people who require salaries and large resources. especially if they are in several languages at once to communicate with users. see if the team has enough money for this.
