Alot of people invest too much and they then get scared when prices drops, I believe they should just daytrade or something like that istead of trying to hold their bitcoins as they will just get scared and sell at a lower price.

That is the main difference between a common trader and a whale trader they are calm and dont make any wrong decision in hurry. They know when to enter. They are still testing the patience of the traders like what was happening in 2016 when $1000 was the patience price tested before bursting. That is why old traders are telling to remain calm till the bull run storm is not coming.

I don't understand the Bitcoin Hodlers anymore.. Please some one tells me what they expect? They wait for the price go up like $20.000 again?

They hold their bitcoin for many years, something as if it were their retirements.

I know that someday Bitcoin will recover and be more expensive. But you can't really tell a person that they should be calm if they see their investments that goes down. They should atleast cut their losses before it goes down more.

The real bitcoin holders are those who are able to read situations where they have to take action when bitcoin goes up or down. I think only new holders experience panic because they don't think for the long term or they don't have a clear goal for bitcoin. Maybe only around 30% really know their own goals. Market price as of now is at vey low price. Bitcoin holders dont panic  or make decisions that will regret you. Just hold your coin until it rise again. Holder holds Altcoin. Holders of any Altcoin are considered Holders. I have bought some Altcoin, and I can regard as HOLDER. Keeping it and not selling it is your decision and this is not the reason for you to become a holder.

If holding Bitcoin for the long term there will be no panic if negative news attacks Bitcoin because I have experienced things like this many times and I also experience panic when prices fall so much when last year when Bitcoin got negative news from China and Bitcoin fell so deep so I sold Bitcoin at a low price and didn't buy it back when the price dropped and that was my big mistake because a few weeks later the price rose again and the price was very high.
So at the moment if there is negative news in Bitcoin then I will not resell the Bitcoin that I hold right now because I am worried that last year's event will repeat.

I don't think there is any bitcoin holder who doesn't feel uneasy or jittery during a period of prolonged price drop, especially such fall that has never been witnessed in a long time. Your ability to remain calm and not yielding to negativity has to do with your experience over the years.
