JRT and JUSD token will be ERC-20?

JRT yes, JUSD might be ERC20, but we do not close the door to use another blockchain such as Credits, NEO or EOS for scalability reason. We will be checking the progress on Ethereum, and if they match our needs then we wil keep using their Blockchain.

what is the difference between JRT and JUSD ?
and why you create two different tokens in this project ?

There are a lot of fake ICO nowadays I'm checking on some ICO rating and and you are not yet verified or you still not yet verified the composition of your team might as well complete the verification so you will gain a good trust rating from the community.

We are currently working on that Smiley

You can also check our founders Linkedin, or Youtube channel (DMTrading) to see that we are neither fake, nor scammer Smiley

Thank you very much, looking to be part of your bounty campaign, we are just concern if the project is too good then he should show to potential investors and supporters that you can verify who are the people behind this project, people might open a scam accusations like they do to a fake team.

Hello,

JRT is the token is the token of the ecosystem; the one distributing revenue, and the one being distributed to the community and contributors.

The JUSD is a stable coin because we do need some stable coin in our ecosystem; it is very possible that we will use other stable coin as well, but at some point we will need our own.

Very interesting things can be done with stable coin; one of our favorite is allowing anyone to issue their own like DAI as example; DAI needs a collateral so there could be a risk of call margin like any stable coin backed by volatile assets. So we are exploring also the solution brought by Abra, one of the project we really like out there ! Abra synthetic currency is very interesting, and might be a perfect fit for us in the long term.

I like the feature "Collateralize your Ether to borrow Dollars" because I really like such service. But according to your roadmap it will available only 2020, why don't you plan it on 2019? Anyway how much the interest rate?

Hello ! Well it is also my VERY favourite features, and I really can't wait to see this one live.

We are very conservative with our roadmap to always surprise, and never disappoint. The collateral credit within the custodial wallet (decentralized wallet let say) is plan for after having launched the semi-decentralized exchange; this feature will be accessible earlier on the centralized one.

In 2019 we will mainly focus on acquiring market shares among crypto and traditionnal traders. And especially to take users from traditionnal Forex broker to have a quick go-to-market strategy.

Hi team. I've got a question.

Is there any risk of price manipulation by the company?
Also, what is the percentage of tokens owned by Jarvis and how can you ensure a non manipulated market.

In other words : how can we trust you?

Hello Smiley

Trust me, I am a banker Smiley

More seriously, trust is the most important thing and comes with transparency; transparency is provided by third party audit. You have to know that we will conduct an audit every 30 min on several aspect such as the issuance of the stable coin, our liquidity reserve, our banking accounts, and several off-chain component so you can trust them.

Regarding market price manipulation, let's be honest, any company within an unregulated environnement can do it, one way or another. Manipulating the price could be done through different way, from fake rumour to impossible promesses, to order book manipulation, etc. We do not have any interest doing that, and we will not.

As for the tokens owned by Jarvis, Jarvis will keep 50M tokens, placed into a strategic pool whose role will be do distribute these tokens over a period of time (like 5 years) to users, developpers, influencers etc. It is our "ongoing bounty/airdrop campaign" which is part of our user acquisition strategy. An additionnal 30M will be managed by the DAO, with the same goal (so in total 80M tokens will be managed). This is 20% of the tokens; these tokens cannot be sold, they can only be withdraw to whitelisted addresses belonging to users, developpers, influencers etc.

Why is Jarvis becoming semi-decentralized rather than fully decentralized?
Perhaps the function of ross-chain and cross-asset and multi-asset exchange will be very useful.

Hello Rapi,

We do believe than decentralization is not better than centralization, and centralization is not better than decentralization... they are complementary, and when combined, they deliver greater result than any centralized or decentralized application.

We use the right technology to deliver the right result. Decentralized one are used to facilitate interoperability, security of funds, anonimity, trust, tracability. But some of the key components are centralized in order to have a level of performance needed to handle millions of users and huge amount of trades per second.

And, from an idealistic viewpoint, there are actually very few fully decentralized exchange; it would mean for the order book/matching engine to be on-chain, would mean that the whole code should be open source, that no-one owns the exchange, no support team, etc.

Regarding the cross-chain and cross-asset exchange, yes this is super useful as it increase the user experience overall. This is one of the feature of the so-called "asset interoperability"; it changes the concept you might have about money; if every assets become exchangeable for another one, then every asset becomes a medium of exchange or of payment. It removes the need for cash.

another exchange project showing up in crypto industry
and what is the main difference between this project with anothers,, that make this project better than the others ?

Hello !

The experience it provides ! You can trade crypto, token, stocks, Forex, commodities, from your wallet, by making any deposit (fiat or crypto). You can access to DAPPs. You can freely exchange any asset for any asset (cross-chain and cross-asset class). You can use your asset to collateralize them. You can lend them. It gives freedom of action.

Not to mention the user interface, which will be drastically different from what you have seen before.

Here are a previous answers for this question :

Quote
Honestly, we do not want to compete Binance or Kucoin, we want to fill the gap they are leaving : user experience. Today, exchanges or decentralized applications are not designed to be used by everyone; and if we do want to compete with centralized Fintech which are capturing a lot of value (Robinhood, Revolut, etc.) we need to design product, we need to design experience, and deliver features that these applications can't propose.

To reply quickly, there are some differences between Binance/Kucoin and us (we do like also to be compared with KyberNetwork and 0x, that we aim to work with):

  • You can decide to trade either in a centralized, or decentralized way with Jarvis; users have the choice.
  • You can trade cryptocurrencies and tokens with leverage, and you can also trade Forex, Stocks and other traditional products; in the future we intend to partner with several tokenized asset projects to list their products. By offering this, we can target a large audience of traders.
  • The network of liquidity pools will enable instant cross-asset classes exchange and interoperability between all assets. This will provide a lot of use cases.
  • Our user experience and interface are very different. I know it is what most of exchanges highlight (most secure, most user-friendly etc.) but in our case UX and UI are a religion. The whole project is designed with this obsession. Soon we will publish two videos that will showcase the user experience of the trading interface.

By the way, we are so proud of our UX/UI, that we have decided to allow our trading platform to be connected to other exchanges. You will be able to trade on Binance and other exchanges, using the Jarvis interface. This will help us to drive our user acquisition and also to increase our brand awareness.

Here are the 6 facts highlighted :

Quote
The Jarvis Reward Token (JRT) rewards the token holders with a percentage of  the exchange revenue.
20% of revenues are shared among every token holder and an additional 5% among the original TGE participants.

The Jarvis Exchange can be switched from centralized to semi-decentralized mode.
In both modes its off-chain matching engine is capable of 5M tx/s.

Through a network of interoperable liquidity pools, both exchanges provide cross-chain and cross-asset exchange and multi-asset trading.
It allows Forex, stocks, commodities, cryptocurrencies and tokens trading with or without leverage.

Within Jarvis, users assets can be managed in a centralized or decentralized way.
They can be utilized as a medium of exchange or of payment, as collateral for a loan or lent to a liquidity pool.

The user interface has been designed to provide the most innovative user experience and is entirely part of our branding.
The interface is enhanced by Jarvis, an AI with conversational skills and ability to perform tasks that simplify operation

The founders and ambassadors of Jarvis are followed by large traditional traders communities. These communities have been supporting the project since the begining.
They were the first who tested the prototypes, gave feedbacks, and participated in a successfull private sale (over 1 million dollars).

No, it is premined, and the total supply will decrease over the year through a buying back program.

With the growing number of crypto exchanges everyday, it's better to know if you are dealing in a legit exchange.
Since you said you obtained your license, where did you acquire such license?

My best guess is in Cayman Islands? Do you have physical address in that area? Or just virtual address?
At the moment, where is your physical address located, if you have one?

Hello !

The exchange is currently licensed in St Vincent Grenadine. The license allows to have banking and liquidity partners for our launch. After the completion of the ICO we will keep this license, but we will also acquire european licences; before the acquisition of such licences, we will work under the umbrella of european partners (we are currently discussing with some).

The company organizing the TGE is based in Cayman Island. We do not have a physical adress there.

The company developping the project, the exchange and everything is located in Sofia, Bulgaria, where most of the team is.

Hi !

In the WP it's written that you are buying back tokens on a quarterly basis, could you please elaborate on that ?
You are already distributing dividends to token holders so why buying back ? It's quite the same, isn't it ? Why both of them ?

Hello,

There are two buying back program.

1. One is held by the company itself, with not more than 5% of the profits; the tokens are bought from exchanges and remove from circulation, they are destroyed; doing so the revenue per token increase. Doing so, even without buying more tokens, and even if the revenue of the company is always stable and do not increase, there will more value shared per tokens over the time.

2. The second one is held by the DAO and strategic found; both will have to manage a pool of JRT; and as they both have JRT, they will both receive revenue in JUSD. These JUSD will become a USD stable coin liquidity pool, and will be used to buy back JRT from decentralized exchanges, or from Jarvis exchanges, to refill the pools.

It is a virtue circle.

Hello Jarvis ! Cool project so far ! Is it possible to see the prototypes you've done ? It says on your roadmap you have been doing some already, but didn't find anything on github, just some video "jarvis trader" in french. Is Jarvis Trader related to Jarvis Exchange ?
