Correct! We are digitalalizing real world assets. So what is cool is that they will become blockchain assets, so it becomes as usable as any other blockchain assets; it can then be collateralized, lent, exchanged for any asset, etc.

To be honest we are not the first one : LAToken, Proof, etc.

LAToken is not ready yet for doing this.
For the moment I cant find an exchange who tokenized real asset. More exchanges are trying...

From the perspective of an outsider it seems such an obvious thing: just let users exchange cryptocurrencies for financial products on the stock market, just like purchasing a product.  I can imagine a large exchange like Coinbase has enough money to acquire a professional stock trading license for that purpose.

Why is it so hard to achieve that?

I honestly don't know. But let me tell you something. Our project started with "Jarvis Trader' (you can google it). It is a platform made with the heart! With passion! With features that are really helping traders; and with my partners, we have wondered for years: WHY brokers, or others platforms, didn't think about what we have done? We have just created useful tool (a concept named mouse trading), so with their money, why they didn't do it before? Well, the answer is that: they do not care about it, they are not using their own product!

If the Coinbase founders, or management team, were coming from the trading world, if they would have faced what we are facing, they would have probably set adding stocks as a priority.

But Coinbase is not for that: they aim to be the leading entry point in the crypto space, and to acquire market shares there; this is why they launched Paradax or Toshi wallet. And more recently their own stablecoin.

And I think this is our strengh: we are passionate, and we are the users of our own products. And, I personnaly spent he last 7 years, teaching everyday to thousands of traders; so I do know perfectly what matters for them, what they want, what they need.

And then, to conclude, it is not because it is doable that everybody will do it: you should see that there is market for that; or it has to match your value proposition; the value proposition of Jarvis is to give freedom, by being able to access any resources. To compete siloed centralized ecosystem, with an open world. That is not the value proposition of other exchanges.

As far as I understand you want to create exchange for trading between stock trading and crypto? So users will be able to buy stock for BTC. ETH and other crypto? Or Im wrong?
Hi Magisterr,  Yes, you are correct, Jarvis will help make existing traditional asset classes such as FX, CFD's, equities inter-operable with a wide range of digital currencies and other digital solutions such as tokenized assets.

Which type of shares you want to combine with crypto? And which coin will be trading on your exchange only most popular like BTC, ETH or not so popular as well?

About the shares, we will start with european one; depending on our liquidity providers.

As for crypto, we need to deliver value, so our token can be very attractive as soon as possible. So we will first list popular cryptocurrencies, the one which are liquid, and where there is a demand.

Over the time, we will gradually extend our offering.

This idea of a hybrid exchange is becoming more common in ICO projects, dev tell me please what are the advantages of your project compared to competitors?

So hybrid, most of the time, means semi-decentralized; here, hybrid means we have a centralized AND a semi-decentralized exchange.

But anyway, what is our advantage?

Well nowadays, most of the exchanges value proposition is:

> security
> number of assets
> scalability (number of tps)
> user-friendliness
> decentralized (for some of them) so safety of funds or semi-decentralized
> cross-chain (for centralized of course, but more and more for decentralized)
> regulated
> low fees
> social trading

That's all... they aim to gather users leveraging from this list of features. But they are very common, and they are not quite hard to achieve. If you are building an exchange and do not offer something else, then you are another exchange... this is not what we do!

In addition to all the value proposition listed above, the Jarvis Exchange allows you to live a new borderless experience; no other exchange allows such freedom that empowers you! Think about your wallet as a detachable one. You plug it to the exchange: you access to Fx, stocks, crypto, tokens, etc.; then right after you plug it to a Dapps like poker, game, p2p lending, portfolio manager, etc. And in addition to that, each assets listed on the exchange is interoperable, usable, and empowered. They are exchangeable, spendable, lendable, etc.

You have to see Jarvis as the ability from Revolut, to access to Robinhood, Saxobank, Zopa, Betclick, but also private banking, real estate investment, etc. all from one single account, linked to a payment gateway so you can spent your asset in the real life.

Jarvis is sci-fy.

Yes, and it is not from any VC or angel investor. It is from a community of beta-tester; people who know us, trust us, and have already tried the user interface.

I'm enthusiastic about this project. I haven't had too much time to research projects lately but this one I will take a closer look at. What's up with the dog on the team? This is becoming a very popular thing in ICO teams lately. Is there an inside joke I'm missing here?

Their is always a trader who will invest into something as long as he/she believes on it, and by reading the response interest have been building up a little more push on the marketing and its all good.

Agreed, if you see something that you like and have had first experience with , then it's easier to part with your ETH to invest

Good to hear that! Can you also give us an exact figure on the total amount raised for the private sale and will there be a real time counter for TGE proceeds for us to be able to have updates on that aspect?

I will need to do some research for the exact amount, but we have exactly raised 911k USD last year + something close to 220k USD this year. So roughtly 1.1M.

True! but to be correct and accurate, 99% of the amount has been raised in fiat.

Oh, that means that the majority of investors are non-crypto people. In its turn, that means that many offline people were attracted to crypto which is good under such market condition... under any market condition actually))

You actually cannot imagine how many people are just waiting crypto to be more accessible, and I dnot speak about a user-friendly app like coinbase.

In 2017, may, we did a free lesson: "how DLT/Blockchain are changing the way you will trade/invest/manage your finance"; we went through all the basics; 5 lessons of 2 hours each; from what is a blockchain to scaling protocols, to tokenized assets to mining to decentralized exchange.

At the end of the week, we did a survey. 400 on the top of the 600 participants were very enthousiast about this; but only 12 have opened an account within an exchange, and only 2 have the used a DAPP... So we probably have 80% of the Fx/Stocks and millenials using Revolut/Robinhodd etc. who can become crypto holders; but at the moment, they are not!

Since there is no softcap, do you think that "roughtly 1.1 M" is already enough to deliver a good platform and follow the roadmap? Surely more is better but I'm just wondering

The hardcap is 21M USD

That is, it should be understood so that you already have money for the development of the project? And you're only going to raise money to speed things up? In that case, I assume that the work will be done faster than indicated in the roadmap, if you collect the hardcap? Am I wrong?
