So bitcore insight and abe both make me want to die. Why do things have to be so complicated and hard?!?!? With that being said, I'm working on an explorer.. I'm learning crypto stuff as I go so it may start off not as full featured as other explorers.. Either that, or all these explorers are way over complicated. I'm hoping the later.. lol I still have plenty of work to do! I don't want to give a timeline, could be a week could be a month, it all depends on how busy I am with life. Still working on the database structure for the transactions then have to work on live updating the frontend and getting everything tied together. If anyone has any features they want to see added, feel free to let me know.

Well done killsig for making the effort. The main thing that a user needs from a block explorer is the balance of an address, yet its the main thing missing from most coins explorers.

i did this and hempcoinqt crashed. i restarted hempcoin qt and now its still locked and i get this message are you on windows or linux? windows 8.1 no help for me ? I'm not great with fixing every problem there is with wallets but hoping this helps. Go to: C:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\Roaming\Hempcoin (i hope windows 7/8.1 are the same) Turn on view hidden files - I do this by going to the folder then holding alt on my keyboard which brings down a file menu at the top, then go to tools>folder options>view tab - check view hidden files and folders then make a copy of the wallet.dat somewhere safe. AFTER backing up your wallet.dat options to try are: Make sure you have the latest hempcoin-qt off of hempcoin.org 1) Try opening hempcoin with a -salvagewallet switch: hempcoin-qt.exe -salvagewallet (I think this one should do the trick.. I'm hoping so.) 2) Try deleting everything in C:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\Roaming\Hempcoin except for wallet.dat and hempcoin.conf then re-open/resync 3) Last option, you could try deleting everything but hempcoin.conf from C:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\Roaming\Hempcoin. Make sure you have that wallet.dat backed up though, you'll lose your coins if the wallet.dat isn't the problem. Hope this helps!

I'll list a couple more things I would try if I was troubleshooting it on my box. Try running hempcoin with -repairwallet not sure if you'll have more luck there. I'd probably try dumping my private key for each address and then import the keys into a a fresh new wallet that has had everything deleted including everything in %APPDATA%\Hempcoin deleted.. This is done in the command console in the hempcoin wallet. dumpprivkey <address> I've never done this so I don't have a list of all the steps to export/import but it should be pretty easy and any tutorial for bitcoin should work for hempcoin I'd think. Still be careful to be sure you have a wallet.dat backup in case other things you try don't work.

Post your hempcoin wallet in your signature and we will send some Hempcoin your way

how can i unlock my wallet ?
I do this.. Go to Help > commandline console then type walletpassphrase yourpassword or... if I just have it open for staking I do this. walletpassphrase yourpassword 99999 true walletpassphrase <passphrase> <timeout> [mintonly] Stores the wallet decryption key in memory for <timeout> seconds. mintonly is optional true/false allowing only block minting. i did this and hempcoinqt crashed. i restarted hempcoin qt and now its still locked and i get this message glad to see the update. move head.
