When Lightning Network ?

I'm waiting for this to make a deposit.

Lightning network wallet function is under active development. We expect to bring this feature to the game in February.

Will there be a new coin for deposit or will it be bitcoin forever ?

Internal discussion about adding other coins in the future as completely separate currencies. For instance if we enable Ethereum deposits we also enable Ethereum tables. We're not ready for something like that yet, and we don't want to disrupt the pure Bitcoin poker we have always spread, but it has been discussed and we appreciate player feedback on it. Coins discussed for addition were ltc bch xmr eth doge

Any timeline for when Pineapple will be added to the lobby?

It needs more testing. Pineapple will be back as a game variant in the future. There are other

Wow. MUCH Wow. Such words, give me a stiffy.
if alternative crypto tables open, i would love to see ETH, EOS, LTC, XRP, BCH, TRX, DOGE, DASH....cryptos doing top 10 vol. on coinmarketcap.com Cheesy
i'm hesitant with tether or Gemini Dollar...gets awkward when we sell out and peg chip to dollar str8 up. let's keep it..."crypto classy"

i like where SwC is going...future seems BRIGHT AF.

jan. 27th their doing "The Big BTC [1,000,000 GTD], which is really cool.
for it, we're doing a last out pool (think all entrants in the pool, enter a "freezeout" style situation, whoever lasts longer, wins the pool (it's open to be chopped if all remaining entrants agree).
i'm starting the pool, with 20k, (so, my entrance is 10k, and to get the ball rolling i've added 10k)
escrow is =  Joan.

Even many gamblers are feeling like it is too late without all other altcoins, but I do feel good at bitcoin-only-casino as now a days it too rare because even there are lots of options for various cryptocurrencies, I do play with only bitcoins. I guess, if you want to be continuing as pure bitcoin based poker then having in-house exchanging facility would be a simple solution for not losing gamblers for the reason of not having all other crytocurrencies. They will add any of their coins and then they will convert into bitcoin as per market rates and then they will gamble like how you are doing. In between, you need to make sure on selling those coins for same BTC prices.

^  Huh?  Why should SWC get into crypto conversions and complicate their day to day operation?  What's wrong with using an exchange to convert alts to BTC then deposit that?

I'd say given the current legal environment wrt to online poker, they won't look into adding "banking" to their platform.

I really love the freerolls, it gives you chance to test the website without depositing into it, its like faucet of dice websites. You get to see how you fare with other people and usually when there is freerolls involved all kinds of people show up and the most talented usually wins. This means you are playing against people who are actually good at what they do and poker players instead of just people who test it, I mean there are people who are there to just test it as well but they don't fare well against the good players and if you are in the top 3 consistently you are bound to win eventually as well.

I love playing on freerolls because it kind of shows how good you got from the last time you played. Unfortunately texas holdem doesn't get much freerolls, its usually other types that get it and I don't know them that well.

This is often how the internal discussion ends. As long as site existed there is only Bitcoin as settlement method. The user is responsible for showing up and leaving with Bitcoin. Monero has properties we like also, but the SwC roadmap has a large amount of improvements to make to the software before there is a chance to make different currencies available, so the discussion is for the future.

Today it is critical to focus on improving the platform and growing the player pool.

Dear Esteemed SWC Marketing Staff,

I understand you have already awarded tickets to the upcoming BigBTC tournament to two very deserving sealz. You are to be applauded for such a magnanimous gesture.

However, I believe I can present you a unique marketing opportunity that would be of great mutual benefit. As one of the "biggest" names in the art film industry and a longtime veteran of 5+ years in the SWC trollbox, my presence in the BigBTC tourney would surely draw in huge numbers of new potential players on SWC from my worldwide fan base who already pay good money to see me ramming it, jamming it, and going all-in. Although my filmmaking schedule in the upcoming weeks is quite packed, I can graciously find time between shoots to play the BigBTC if your team wants to seize this marketing bonanza and issue another ticket.

Sincerely,

Johnny Ramrod

Experiencing a website issue, game is operating normal on all clients. We do not expect the issue to last long.

Edit: Fixed

One thing I'd like to recommend... getting rid of heads up cash tables. What happens is you get good players sitting alone on tens of tables waiting for a fish to show up. The regs in these games have VERY high win rates and pay little rake. Bumhunting can be very detrimental to the player pool ecosystem. A lot of the bigger poker sites have already gotten rid of heads up cash games, or at the very least changed heads up cash games to "zoom-only" so that regulars cannot bumhunt.

Thank you for the nice comments on the new poker software. We understand the behavior going on in heads up tables. For now we will leave the games as they are but we recognize this is an area that can be improved.

I believe this house requires a bit more advertisement now. I have seen the first relaunch and then this one and the amount of people playing here is getting more and more and there is some small group gathering on low bids constantly every hour of the day and it makes a great time spender for work hours (don't judge me, I know you hate your job and love procrastinating there as well Cheesy ) and it was difficult to find a proper crypto poker place for a long time since all of them were always empty but finally SwC is getting more and more crowded but I doubt this will be enough, you require a lot more customers (well gamblers) here and with more gamblers coming it it will be easier for other gamblers to join as well, it will just take time. I hope this growth will continue because ever since I restarted it, I can't let go of it.

Nice words for the site, thanks for them. It is a hard working team to build the site like this, we think it will grow big over 2019 and beyond. Most important promotion for us is word-of-mouth from players who know what we offer. Anytime you tell a friend it is good for the growth. We will continue operations with quick withdrawals and low rake, continue to improve the software and build fun features for players. We think this is the winning formula and will continue it.
