And in cashgames, while in a hand the "Sit out next BB" and "Auto Blinds" boxes disappear. Keeps people at the tables I guess  Grin

Played a bit of cash after the update, sadly the interface seems buggier than before. In addition to the vanishing checkboxes, "display chip amount at tables in BB" is now messed up (it was buggy before in tournaments but used to work in cash). SB=BB=1 (SB should be 0.5) ; bet increment = 1 even if you set it equal to small blind, pot calculation is wrong.

Thank you for the bug report. SwC is in the middle of a major software refactor which will improve the update process greatly. The current update process is slow and sometimes introduces new bugs while fixing others. We recognize this and are doing a large amount of unseen work in the background to eliminate issues such as this and pave the way for a much faster and more accurate upgrade process.

If you wish to be on our beta team and help us test the release candidates, please apply to Glitch in chat.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Hello everybody. I would like to share my experience after playing for a few days on SWC.

Bugs : On browser version after some time it's starting to lag, probably after viewing many replays, it's devouring RAM after some time and I have to restart browser.
On replay you can't see your folded hand.
No marks 'fold' or 'call' after someone bets.
After use bet slider, and some action from another table, the bet button reset to min-bet, it's really annoying, so many times do min-bet they you want do a big one.
Another bug - it's dangerous to mark 'call' or 'check/fold' because it's on exactly the same spot there appear the raise button , sometimes you just press raise with trash..

Other issues: Seems like they sometimes just cancelling some GTD tournaments, , I registered for a few but they just disappear before start time come. I don't know for sure that it was but made me think of withdraw my chips. Also from seeing that number of users is not growing so far....

I think most people get scared when they come and see almost no action on cash, around 110-170 people overall ,looks like half of these people are all the same, another half(almost) playing freerolls with 10chips prize, which is nothing, or 0.02-0.04 no-rake cash. And just a few decent MTTs.
And decent free-rolls only for ones why made 500+ krills, but you have to play a lot to do it!!. So free-rolls only for regulars...
Also the site is very nice but may look scary for majority of people, because seems like was made by some hackers:)

On PLO tables the time bank is so huge that the game is getting really boring since a lot of people just abuse it. So they leave.

Suggestions - Make more 50-100-250-500 entry GTD's for holdem and PLO l/h.
Make decent free-rolls open for all or at least for depositors.
Need tables like 0.25-0.50 and 0.5-1!!!! At least for holdem. Not everybody is rich ..
Make option to change your screen-name! I think many people use HUD software and many people do no like it, so  they can go on the other site....
More light screen themes! Everything is dark..

I think the most important are users, you don't want to play against same people all the time, so I think there is a need to make general public aware that you can play anonymously and from just any country. I think a lot of people stopped playing recent years because of country restrictions and KYC, but they just don't know about SWC!!!
Make them know, because for now it's the only one decent place to play poker online for crypto and without KYC!!! At least of which I knew so far. There is Tron, but still very new and no tourneys yet. Did not try it yet.

There are thousands of people waiting for a decent and reliable site to appear, and it could be SWC, but I think you have to be ready to spend some money to do it.
IMHO

Thanks for reading

P.s. You can give me some ticket or something as a reward for this feedback .. Smiley

Hand history is like live poker with regards to folded hands.

Guaranteed tourneys need a certain amount of people to run.  So if ur the only one registered they can’t just say ‘welp, he registered so let’s give him the guaranteed prize’

You want lower stakes but not free rolls or rake free micros cause that’s ‘nothing’ but wait I thought everyone wasn’t rich.

The post takes a psychological nose dive when u end it thinking they might give you a free ticket or reward for your post.   The haha but then a 😐 emoji is like hey hey I’m kidding but I’m not.

I’m gonna bet they don’t give u a reward for your post.

Thank you for the bug report. We have a lot of work to do.

Another issue I noticed in the Windows client is that for the first ring table that I open after logging in, I cannot click on an open seat when the table is expanded to full screen. It just ignores me and the table graphics are slightly fuzzy. I have to reduce the table to the default size and expand it again before it lets me take a seat. The graphics sharpen up at this point also. All subsequent seat requests work fine after that until I log out.

You still have the Small Blind exploit that I reported here a couple weeks ago (and was ignored). A player can sit out the small blind then come right back in for the next hand and get the button with no penalty.

Another bug - it's dangerous to mark 'call' or 'check/fold' because it's on exactly the same spot there appear the raise button , sometimes you just press raise with trash..

Or sometimes you call an all-in when you only intended to call the BB. I reported this one weeks ago but was ignored. The proper way for SWC to handle this is to either move the checkbox when the amount changes so the player clicks on an empty spot, or just uncheck the box if the player checked it within a half second or so from the amount changing. I only use the pre-move boxes when the action is at least two players away so I have time to undo a check that changed right as I was pressing the mouse button.

A few of suggestions that you'll likely ignore:

Get rid of that "Auto Blinds" checkbox. If the player isn't "waiting for bb" or have their "sitout next bb" option checked, their blinds should post automatically. I'm tired of watching idiots decide for 20 seconds whether they should post their mandatory blind or not. The most frustrating thing about SWC is the slow-ass play.

Speaking of that, if a player disconnects, indicate that on the screen so we know if their slow-ass play is their fault or not. And if they aren't disconnected, stop triggering their time bank automatically.

Add a net gain/loss metric to the ring game stats tab so I can know if I'm up or down for that session.

Stop resetting my stats tab in a tournament just because I changed tables.

Thank you to all who posted bugs, feature requests, and other ideas for improvement. SwC has come a long way, but we have a long way still to go. The solid foundation of quick cashouts, low rake, and player-friendly environment must be paired with professional software. The latest chapter of SwC is one of aggressive building. SwC recognizes we must build a better product. The first step is the major software refactor, which is ongoing. Thank you to our players for your support.

marlais and the rest of SwC community, please understand that the admins have spoken with Glitch about this unacceptable behavior in the chat. Glitch is a dedicated member of the SwC team, and because of his dedication admins have let things like this slide in the past, but it has gone too far. Glitch was told that this type of behavior is unacceptable and must change. Admins felt the need to make it public so the community knows SwC Poker does not condone this unprofessional behavior. Glitch has agreed to improve his chat behavior and admins will monitor.

Bitcoin poker can be stressful to play and stressful to run. Tomorrow will be no different, with the Bitcoin price increase this BIG BTC will be our biggest yet. Be nice to each other.

Lol, if you take enough abuse in the chat you get a freebie Cheesy. In all honesty I would understand if it was just for this one time because sometimes people get too caught up in the moment and make these kind of mistakes and go off because sometimes we are angry at something in real life and take it out online and it happened to be the chat.

However, if it was something constantly happening and he was always like this I am sure SwC would have done something about it, they are not just one guy operation and if he was hurting the company others would have intervened so I am assuming it was just a anomaly on how he usually acts and he never done that before or hopefully will never do it again. I am not supporting his act but I am saying if its just this one time it can be forgiven.

Client is super bugged since last update (which as far as I can tell didn't solve any of the old bugs):

New bugs:
Can't see my own cards after folding
resizing table often freezes it and I have to close it and reopen
Enter key doesn't work in notes, can only write in one long line

Old bugs:
If I call a bet on turn and river goes check check, I don't get to see opponent hole cards
When moving into time bank bet size is reset
Alerts are sounding for players other than me
Alerts are sounding when they shouldn't (if I am waiting for time bank, I will get 2 alerts of one type and 2 alerts of another type... 2 of one type is enough)
With chips already on the table, I can't add chips, unless it's to a certain minimum (table minimum or previous highest stack). Minimum should only apply when I have zero chips. Previous highest should not apply if I lost the chips I had.

Nice to haves:
Allow editing notes in replayer
Add street buttons in replayer (click in street to move to start of street)
Give some reward for krill 50, as far as I can tell you get nothing for it now (no rake improvement and no freerolls)
Make the color labeling a bit more distinct in the UI

Yeah, the hand replayer is dire and IMO it cannot be fixed in the current form, it has to be rewritten from scratch.

Some points

  • Jump buttons to streets and showdown according to game type (Preflop/Flop/Turn/River/Showdown in HE and Omaha, betting and drawing rounds in draw games, streets in stud games ...)
  • Display all known cards, final pot size and outcome (win/loss tally for each player) at any point during the replay. You can add a "hide spoilers" option but IMO it's more useful to know these things in order to decide whether the hand is worth reviewing or not).
  • Navigate back and forth and jump to preset points quickly, without having to endure any animations or delays. The "movie mode" replay where you click a play button and wait for stuff to happen is the worst. It may be useful to some but it should never be the default.
  • Database browser where you can sort, search and filter hands according to game type, pot size, outcome, hole cards, players involved, whether the hand went to showdown and if not the street where it ended etc.

I concur with the color coding suggestion, one more thing: the color choice is uninspired, for example Violet and Fuchsia look about the same.

Hand history is like live poker with regards to folded hands.
But still you could have that option to see you own folded hand

Guaranteed tourneys need a certain amount of people to run.  So if ur the only one registered they can’t just say ‘welp, he registered so let’s give him the guaranteed prize’

I cannot be sure it was really cancelled before proper time or no, even though I think it was. So never mind. I am sorry if I was mistaken.

You want lower stakes but not free rolls or rake free micros cause that’s ‘nothing’ but wait I thought everyone wasn’t rich.
Off course I want freerolls.
I just want more people on the site, so I suggest the ways as I see it. May be I am wrong. But lower stakes must be ether rake free or not IMHO
But first priority must be is fixing the bugs, especially one with that check/fold check/call mark, just f... move to the left side there it should be, and the speed of the game will raise a lot. Also one with time bank and blinds. It's slowing everything. I don't understand why the people who design and code don't go spend some time playing.

And another 'bug' - on web you actually can't use the mode which automatically bring up active table, because it's very dangerous as well. So nobody probably use it. Another issue which is slowing all the games...

The post takes a psychological nose dive when u end it thinking they might give you a free ticket or reward for your post.   The haha but then a 😐 emoji is like hey hey I’m kidding but I’m not.

I’m gonna bet they don’t give u a reward for your post.

Nobody is perfect and so am I.
I don't really care if I get reward or not. Don't know why did I decide to share my experience in the first place. Just want to improve situation.

But I think the first thing is the attitude. For now I am not sure that is the idea. Just be one on the many low traffic rooms surviving or really willing to do the real thing.
