Very hard to accumulate krill if you are predominantly a tourney player.

To the people asking for the minimum wdl to be raised, fair call, but an option is to sell chips in the chat box - there are quite a few reputable regs who will steer you to the right people.

To be fair, if you like tournaments you don't really play on swc because as of now there is almost nothing going or running. Many tournaments get cancelled because there are not enough people registering, always was. The player bas is just too low, I think we both know that. Even when playing like 1/2 or 2/4, that's where I saw you often enough, it's not that hard to accumulate krill over time, especially when you talk about years.

@AHOYBRAUSE, I just realized that I have not seen you in any of the league tournaments. Is it still a timing issue?  I thought you were comfortable playing around 3 PM UTC (correct me if I am wrong). BTW, I have seen your feedback on SWC (which I think is totally reasonable as deleting your comments was way too off, but it seems they are not familiar with how to deal in the forum). It seems the person who started the so-called scam accusation, which started this whole thing, is also not that credible.
I would love to see a poker player like you onboard with us all the time. I sincerely hope you will consider joining this series along with many that are coming.

My username was either leftofcool or xkeyscore or xkeyscore89. My account was compromised years ago and the person tried to advertise my account for sale. I recovered the account but the damage was done and everyone thought I was a shill so I abandoned the account. It is not a "cheap" attempt to try to play. I've been on SWC for years so it's not like I'm dying to play in a freeroll to try to win some extra scratch.

Well, even if all of that was true, it is the manager's requirement that you should have played with him/her in a tournament before, for you to have a special pass. It is also a way to avoid existing users to have their alt enrolled in the tournament.

If you really are interested in the tournament, then there's no harm in sending @Royse a message showing your interest in the tournament in his/her Telegram, it's written in the thread a gave you earlier.

Nah, I have had issues with SWC way before that. They always deleted posts of me they didn't like, even last year and so on. I have been on this site forever and while also having good experiences I have had plenty of bad as well. When I reported obvious collusion they didn't care (and suddenly they do when they can confiscate a high amount). When I mentioned it on their telegram channel they banned me for it. They raised the rake several times even though the price of btc was going up which increased the rake anyway a lot.
Way too many strange things going on that I cannot ignore so I chose to stay out of the league. If they treated me better in the past, both as a player and on bitcointalk I would have even considered to apply for the signature campaign. But since I have values I can't step away from I rather stand my ground.
Well, maybe they will change for the better now that they take bitcointalk a bit more serious. But until that I will just watch.

You're a lucky dude, in situations like this, I'll  have to show less confidence of my chances of wining the game and at same time increase the bet a little bit higher before the last card gets open so no one suspects and that might as well increase my winning amount. Though I barely come across a Royal flush in my games but in similar occasions like yours where my confidence of wining is high I usually implement that strategy.

Royal flushes isnt something that you can see basing up on the odds or probabilities then this one is indeed a very lucky pull. When you do have that hole cards and then that flop reveals even if you do have that 4 card before RF but still not a guarantee that you can get that last card on turn or river but still its idea on trying out to raise bets gradually not to make them suspicious about your hard. Usually people do make out some all-in at the time that they are confident with their hand. Usually fullhouses is the most common hand I do encounter or 4 of a kind at least but not seen that much with these RF's.

This is a classic example of a casino hurting itself (financially and reputation-wise). They turned a good influential player, who is giving them sound advice for their betterment, against them. Imagine you wearing their signature with your on-point and unbiased posts every time, this should have boosted their relaunch here massively.     
I hope the new SWC is learning fast from this incident.

This is a Bitcointalk exclusive poker league sponsored by SWC Poker. There are 4 league tournaments and the top 6 players will get a seat in the grand final (5x prize pool). Two league tournaments are already done and two are remaining. You can participate in the third one. There is no buy-in as well just post your swc username in the thread below and you will receive a password before the tournament.

You tell me that your account was hacked many years ago. But after I created a SWC account and it is not possible to hack as much as I have learned about them. Suppose you are right, then you are foolish because if you do not share the password and username then no one will get access. I think you can't participate in the BitcoinTalk Series, if you are not already familiar with @royse. And Must have Minimum Member Rank to be Qualify. Moreover, @joeperry is already saying. You read his post carefully.

I can't still believe what he's trying to tell us, now that he feels like joining a competition. When your account got hacked, their are any ways to regain it unless unless the owner chooses not to care anymore. And also not been able to remember the username of the account sounds like he only created the account and never bothered to use it.

SwC Poker often ask users to login almost everytime they have stayed away from the casino. This is another way of making sure that original user can have access to the platform. Telling us that account got hacked without having access to the email or anything that can be used to trace the account with the help of the team is totally unacceptable and looks suspicious.

I play at SWC poker and while I can no longer access my main account here, I made this one to start over and am very interested in participating in some of the bitcointalk tourneys I saw on there. What must I do to apply and/or qualify?

To be honest, this sounds like a cheap try to get on the list to participate in the freeroll. Yet this won’t work since royse needs to recognize you from other tournaments he hosted, mission failed. So sad to see some stories people make up just to participate in a small freeroll.

Some of you people seriously should start reading before making posts. He didn't say his SWC got hacked, he even posted a screenshot of his account. It is obvious he is talking about his bitcointalk account, and not SWC.

You won't get asked to confirm your login via email or something when you suddenly have suspicious logins with IPs from around the world, that's what for example other sites would do.

I don't really get you dude! Do you mean you have been creating accounts there or is that a typographical error? You know that most casinos do not support multiple accounts from a user and you need to ensure you stick to a single account for all your poker activities. You can likewise go through their terms in case you are missing something.

Every gambler ought to keep all their gambling privacy information safe from the public to avoid scenario similar like this. This does not apply to gambling alone but all your online activities. Staying safe anonymously while gambling should be a prerequisite that will hinder any atom of privacy leak and that's why decentralized or partial KYC gambling platforms should be a thing of interest.

I think that's a very bog long shot. Not only because I never see anybody playing short deck, but also because there is right now only one tournament on the schedule and it has a buyin of 10 chips, which is like 1$ . This tournament also only exists because it's part of the "TonyWa4rriorz Saturday Championship", so it's not even a regular.
So yeah, unless short deck gets a sudden crazy surge in popularity this is not gonna happen I supposed.
Whay they should do is adding more Omaha (what ever kind) tournaments. It's the 2nd most popular game but almost no tournaments exist on the site. Even stake has more at times, and they are still rookies in the poker business.

Although email messages requesting login confirmation might seem like an unnecessary complication, I believe that (combined with 2FA) they are actually a very effective way to protect an account. If someone manages to obtain the username, password, AND 2FA code, then receiving a notification about it becomes extremely valuable, because in that case, a compromised poker account might be the least of your problems. In any case, SwC Poker should consider implementing such protection as an additional layer of security.
