Point of sale works either on Qr code or NFC payment method. You do not need tie up with Visa or Masters with that. you only need to use visa and masters network when you use their network for EMV or Magnectic swipe transactions. When you have Qr code or NFC payment, you are creating your own network which you work with your custodian bank.
