Yes, of course it can happen that xrp will be better than eth, as we know that crypto is full of surprises and this can be proven by xrp that can surpass eth and we will see in the future what surprises will be given cryptocurrency

I think ETH is still better to XRP because even its having a a falling price, I think it can recover. The only advantage of XRP nowadays its gradually become popular and since many people are getting interested to it, many people are starting to trust this crypto. But still I will keep believing to ETH because I know it has a potential and possible to back and rise again.

Technically, of course not. Ethereum is a very cool project, at least from the technical part. There are problems in management, but the project itself is good.

I don't think it would be good to compare between Ethereum and Ripple as they have more differences than similarities.
In prospect of investment, Ripple is a profit oriented project while Ethereum is an experiment. Ripple can be considered a less risky investment opportunity than Ethereum.

I think it is stupid to choose which of these two coins is better and which is worse. Each of them has its own purpose, and the position in the ranking of capitalization does not say anything.

I think the application of ETH is bigger than XRP, ETH has the smart contract platform for many DAPP, XRP mainly applied to banks with proprietary money transfer protocol. They target different goals.

That's right, for now compared to the obvious market share Ripple outperformed Ethereum with a market share difference of around three billion dollars. The price of Ethereum is down significantly with some of the problems they face, from inflation and other problems.

But with the announcement of the Ethereum 2.0 project, I think Ethereum's price will rise in the coming months.

For this year, I would say that XRP is better than Ethereum in terms of price and return on investments. On the other hand, if ethereum recovers, it may surpass Ripple again as what it did for a few years. We all know that Ethereum can bounce back and its still the most used alternate coin. Its Ethereum's platform being used by majority of crypto is a huge advantage. Ethereum is just on its depressed moments but when it goes back up, it will be hard for Ripple to dethrone ETH.

Although I do not use XRP, I cannot lie to myself and say it is worse than Ethereum. Ripple is used by many rich people and the most famous companies. It has all the chances to go to the Moon next year.

I have a similar view. ETH is much better than Ripple because it's more useful for the general people. You can use ETH in many ways like to build up a new platform and MEW offers for everyone a wallet for free. ETH will surpass Ripple very soon again based on potential technology.

XRP is only a currency for the few riches.

XRP is gaining a lot of hype due to Ripple's expanding client base, but it still has a few issues to clarify before it can grow further and Ethereum is presently awaiting further major developments which should arrive next year including platform upgrades and futures however, they're essentially not competing for the same market share

Ripple because of its promotion and its partnership is going better and I think in the coming time it will remain bigger than ethereum but it do not mean that ethereum will drop or will be breakdown because of that ethereum has its own community and ripple has its own community. They both are better ad will grow better.

That's a great achievement for Ripple. I think Ripple is the only coin that competes well with Ethereum and is a mainstay for many people too. So, in my opinion, this is a sign that future Ripple will be a good and potential coin and much in demand by users and investors.
