Hardware wallets are the safest, but sometimes mobile wallet is a need for some fast deals, I recently downloaded Trust wallet which has been bought by Binance, it supports all ERC20 tokens, in addition to some other coins like ICX, TRX.

I also found it when they did the Social Media Campaign, It seems the team can be trusted and has a good history of the project.
I choose coins / tokens based on how good the project is, not based on how I save it.

If our goal is effectiveness, related to transaction costs, storing tokens in universal wallets can be quite effective. But it depends on the type of token as well. We must adjust it. The important point is how we manage and maintain security.

If the multi currency wallet is a hardware wallet, then such is good, because it is the safest. I can't imagine saving my assets in a multi currency wallet that is not safe, that might be a risky one and i won't like it scattered allover.

There is no problem if we hold a lot of coins provided that we can manage them and they are potentially gaining coins. I usually traded my coins and stop buying for it if if saw no improvement and looking also its market volume. We look into profit assurance that is why we should take a look into coins that surely give something to us in return.

Personally, I prefer to store in an opensource multi wallet that support all my preferred coin and even ERC20 token, its the only opensource multiwallet available called Hodler and so far I find it good. Do you think, this is really good idea?

First time I read about that HODLER wallet I have to do a research on that one and check how good it is , I am always on a look for a good safe and open source wallet for all the coins I'm holding, you need to diversify to keep your tokens in a safe place.

Isn't it with multicoin wallet, you can save a few coins easily without complicated, because it can hold lots of coins at once. I think that is really useful, rather than saving one coin in one place, so when we want to check them, we have to check one by one.

Holding a coin based on my idea is very good because the market is declining and if you sell coins it is also very risky. But you don't just hold coins better to continue investing because the market will also increase. Many people say that at the end of this year there will be a significant surge.

To holding multiple altcoins, I think MEW is the best e-wallet for you to store. All hardware wallet in the market does not support all ERC-20 Token, just support some big coins like BTC, ETH, EOS, XRP, BCH. And if you want to use MEW, remember to bookmark MEW website to avoid scam phishing site.

TRX, ADA both are a very cheap price but have a good potential to bring this world in the blockchain technology. They have an amazing product also hold some ETH, it will hardfork on January 2019

If there's a wallet that support all of these altcoins then I don't have to take an effort of putting them in each of their wallets. But there's no wallet that exist like that so we have to put it according to the supported wallet for each altcoins that we've been using.
Hardware wallets and multicurrency wallets are convenient to use like coinomi.

Most of my holdings are Ethereum based tokens/coins and I hold them best in my imtoken. I have the security keys and it's easy to navigate unlike the myetherwallet which is often prone to hack and phishing

I have multiple altcoins which all of these I store in myetherwallet. Holding multiple altcoins should store in the best wallet to avoid phishing attacks. So let us be careful by having opening any links which leads to scam our wallet.

Having multiple coins need to have multiple wallet too. Don't put or stock all of your coins in one wallet only because it is not realible . It is prone of hackers to hack your account because for sure they will easily to gone all of your coins.

Like you said, short and simple, without much thinking. If you care about safety of your investments you need to have wallets for every serious altcoin you have. For coins I care I have wallets, for the ones I dont care too much I keep them on exchanges, I have a lot of shit coins in different exchanges, they are just sitting there and waiting better times, if that happen at all.
If you believe in something keep it safe and only way to be safe is to have good wallet, good luck my friends.

I keep 50 percent of my coins on different exchanges, and everything else is stored in a hardware wallet. Some tokens are on MEW.

Have you tried the HODLER wallet? They will also launch their own hardware wallet this 2019, they now have windows and android verSion of the wallet which is the only fully open source multiwallet available. It also supports ERC20 token. So far, I found it good and it really offers good features and security, give it a try.

Quite interesting. Especially if the wallet can support various types of tokens. The bounty project with erc 20 based tokens, usually recommends using an eth address, so I use mew more often. While for tokens with different bases I have to use a separate wallet too. So I think it will be very effective if the Hodler really works and is acceptable.
