Still waiting for the OP to respond to see his next moves.
Well hes clearly not posting here again, with the amount of people commenting... tim draper and the winklevoss twins dont post every day either and theyve got hundreds of thousands of coins at stake some people are in this for the long haul ,others will never understand that philosophy and will sell as soon as they can make $10 profit on a coin

I hope you are newbie op and you got scared when the price dropped $50 - $100 and sold because if you never you have lost so much! I believe you sold though well i'd like to think you did lol The time it took to sell your house was harsh you would have been a million air within months if you got the 5000+ btc You have balls of steel if you never sold and i wish you good luck.

Well at least he got the guts to take the chance and put everything into what he believes. Maybe right now, people can criticize but if one day bitcoin price goes up to more than 1000, we will revisit this thread and thought, hey he really did the right thing.

That is the point it's a 50-50 he either made the right choice or he didn't! If he did the right thing well this will be the last place i come as that would mean i did the right thing too Anyway imo he sold the coins on the first drop threw fear.

after giving away his house and buying in the 600something range and losing 70ish % of his money in 1 years time ... if he was genuine in the first place ... and he's not dead ... he's living in a trailer park / out of his car / on the streets and very very drunk ... best case scenario ...

Or he is making a good living with his job, has other savings and the 600ish bitcoins.

Did you even read anything about this at all? The article clearly states it was an extra house that he inherited from his father. He still has another house, job and income.

I read it about 5-10 times already and not once did it 'clearly' mention anything about 'it was an extra house'.

Why is it important if he had another house, or even ten houses?
Here's the script
Sell house label MOAR if still-more-houses then sell house goto MOAR else wait to inherit next house goto MOAR end if

it was inherited
so because he inherited a house that means he has another house or is that your assumption?Because let me tell you something about the real world, most people don't actually own a house. Some people are fortunate enough to have parents who are established or grandparents who past down heirlooms. In other words,Your assumptions are just that. Assumptions.

because it's an inherited house, it's totally cool that he squandered it all on Internet magic beans! /bitcoiner logic
does he have any more extra houses to chase his losses with?

Actually if Bitcoin rises, it may be a good investment, who knows. Too early to say he is losing
